Aprimary Inquiry Into The Network Publishing Under The WEB Era

With the rapid growth of the internet industry in China, there is significant development in the country's network culture, practically the fast emerging of the network publishing as the part of cultural construction. Based on the current situation of network publishing in china, this paper integrates the existing literature into the investigation under the various web cultures. Firstly, we clarify several controversial perceptions among the network publishing, Web1.0,Web2.0 and Web3.0; Secondly, we summarize the typical configuration of the network publishing with characteristics under the Web operating system; follow by envisaging the future of the network publishing under Web3.0 with the emphasis on the clarification of the concepts related to the network publishing. We draw some conclusions that shed light on and insight to the practice of the network publishing. Finally, we put forward that we should change the traditional wisdom and embrace the challenges of the web era.
