The Design And Implementation Of County Law Enforcement Officers Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, information technology has been widely used in all areas of people's lives. For some large enterprises and organizations, the use of information management system for human resources management has become a necessity. The use of management system can not only simplify and standardize the process of human resources management of daily operations, but also improve the management efficiency and quality.At present, in the majority of our county-level units, the management of law enforcement officers'information management is still in the stage of manual management. The application of computer in this field is still in the initial period. In this paper, we design and implementation of a county law enforcement officers management system according to the requirements of practical work. We hope that this work can effectively promote the application of information technology in this area, and enhance the level of information management. The following are the main contributions of this paper:●First, we introduce the development status of domestic and international human resource management information system and compare the characteristics of various systems. It makes a basis for the system design and development;●Second, we propose the functional requirements and performance requirements for the development of county law enforcement officers management system according to the requirements of practical work;●Third, we choose the right development technology and development platform according to the study of a variety of systems development technologies and development platform. We present a suitable system design solution.●At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified by testing.
