Design And Realization For The Function Of Scientific Research Management In TJNU

Colleges and universities are the concentration places of talented person resources, and also the main strength of the research work. The quality and the amount of their research items and research results reflect the comprehensive real strength of each high school. Therefore, it is very important to manage the scientific research items and the scientific research results efficiently and scientifically. The usage of appropriate software for scientific research managing in high school can grasp circumstances of the scientific research dynamically about its progress, budget usage, personnel who participate, the accomplishments, the prizes and so on, and it can provide accurate summary data in time for the all levels of branches. Thus, one can further provide high-quality service to put forward to correct analysis of the research development condition, promote the unit research level, strengthen the academic exchanges between high schools, carry out the share of research results, and push forward cooperative items between high schools. Therefore, it is of much importance to build up the research management's system.This system, that is Tianjin Normal University Scientific Research Management System, mainly includes eight main sub-molds about on-line transact, personnel management, item management, budget management, results management, academic activities, contributions examination and yearly statistics. This convenient and well-found function system is developed by the method of software engineering, and the techniques on TOMCAT, JSP, B/S and SQL SERVER2005 etc. are adopted in it. It provides convenience for the work of the research personnel, college research management personnel, scientific research department and all related levels of branches. It can achieve the process carried out in managing the items and the results from the technique level, and makes the related management work more accurate and efficient, the information release more transparent and immediate. Therefore, it provides a new efficient and fast work terrace for teaching, scientific research and developing new research work. The major issue in this paper is to transform the process in scientific research management to the process models that can be dealt by the computer and analyze systematically by UML, which based on the studying of concrete work mode in research management and combining the characteristics in our school's work. The model establishment and the exampling model in scientific research management work terrace are completed which include the meaning of research background, system need analysis, system function designs, system database designs and the final procedure test. At last, a work terrace for scientific research management with reasonable structure, convenience in usage and higher efficient memory database is designed which based on the currently popular SQL SERVER database and the standard design method.
