The Development And Implementation Of External Fire-fighting Control System Of Fireboat

Recent years, China’s rapid economic development promoted the prosperity of the maritime shipping industry. Many important facilities in coastal areas are constantly being built and put into use. Such as the large ships, platform of oil depot, cross sea bridge, and so on. Though these facilities have brought us huge economic benefits, they also brought new challenges at the same time. The consequence will be very serious if a major fire happened on a ship or oilfield operating on the sea. In this case, the ship’s fire protection facilities are not enough to get rid of danger. Most will use corresponding fire control ship for assistance. Fire control ship is an important guarantee for fire control on the sea. For the fire control ship, designing suitable fire control system is important to carry out effective fire control at sea.In this paper, we take a public security fire-fighting as the background. We expound the present situation of the fire control technology at home and abroad, analyze the composition and process flow of the fire-fighting control system and present the overall system design scheme. We mainly study the design and development of the programmable controller (PLC) control system and touch screen control system. We finally implement all the features of external fire control system.The lower machine takes Siemens S7-300PLC as a central controller for the fire control system, which guarantees the reliability and safety of the whole control system. In order to achieve a better human-computer interaction function, PC using the Siemens MP377touch screen. We developed the system monitor and display interface using the configuration software WinCC flexible2008, making it more convenient for operation.The fire control system works well after months of simulating test and fieldwork, and each function meets the design requirements. Finally we earn permission and appreciation from the person in charge of the project and the owner. Now the project has passed the acceptance, and operating safely at the scene of the equipment.
