This paper compared the RussianГОСТ18977-79 protocol and American ARINC429 protocol, using FPGA and the discrete components designed and realized the RussianГOCT18977-79 transmission standard and ARINC429 the transmission standard compatible multichannel ARINC429 bus transceiver correspondence board. Using the VHDL language designed the receive module and the transmit module, basing on QUARTUS II software designed top application. Using general 16 bits bus communicated with the CPU. Using PROTEL99 designed the schematics and the PCB.With simulation and testing, the transceiver can send and receive RussianГOCT18977-79 transmission standards data and ARINC429 transmission standards data. Parallel Bus to its general application to allow greater space, it could be microcontroller workers, ARM workers, DSP workers and SOPC workers, etc.As a universal parallel bus replacing PCI, PXI, and other computer bus, it saves of the development and application of cost and also applies to low-end users. FPGA technology to the upgrading and maintenance of applications brings convenience.
