PLC And CC-LINK Field Bus Based Design Of The Modular Production System

MPS System (Modular Production System) is the short for modular production system. The MPS system is composed of six modules workstations, there're material testing, handling, processing, installation, installation of handling, storage and other categories .Each module is controlled by a PLC. The CC-LINK field bus communication network is built between the MPS modules; it greatly improves the reliability and maintainability.CC-LINK (Control and Communication Link) is the short for control and communication link system. It is the most widely used areas of the field bus communication technologies. The CC-LINK field bus links the various independent modules in order to achieve high efficiency, high speed, and high flexibility of decentralized control.This paper analyzes the overall system design, pneumatic circuit design, PLC control program design, system configuration monitoring, and CC-LINK communication program design, it details the CC-LINK field bus control technology in automated production line application.
