Along with the development of internet, companies' office work pattern transform greatly. Modern internet office work platform is more convenient and economical than traditional office work pattern; And it is not limited to space and time. This article analysis in the aspect of traditional human resource management pattern, personnel salary management pattern & news issuance management pattern, finding that traditional management pattern exist many problems, such as inefficacy and poor confidentiality. Additionally, along with working time increasing, a big scale of documents and data overstock occurs, which bring difficulties to finding, upgrading and maintaining the information.So, we specially develop this system according to the theory, method and standard of software engineering.This system integrates the main function patterns:loading& enrollment, dynamic management on online office work & news, human resource management, personnel salary management and storehouse on-line inquiry and so on.The dynamic news management is one of the important component of online office work platform. Firstly it could issue our new capability range and new sample sending requirement; secondly it could issue our company's achievement and technical & research progress:Thirdly we could learn customer's more requirements by client feedback to help us absorb customer and enlarge customers.By dynamic news managing to company's news, online news management system achieve below function:company introduction, company culture, news centre, personnel employment, feedback and so on, which help regulating staff mange information more efficient and timely.Human resource management is company's needful aspect, which is the essential element for company to adapt modern company institution, promote company's human resource management to being scientific, regulated and automatic. It's more important to company's manager and decision maker. Human resource management system could offer enough information and speed inquiry way to help them learn company's human resource situation. In the aspect of personnel salary management system, it utilize computer system to do information control and data handling, which not only improve work efficiency and accuracy, but also have the advantage of big storage, long maintained time, low cost and so forth.This system also joint salary calculation with work attendance check and reward & punishment to generate reasonable salary management system and encouragement system..Storage on-line checking system offer a new environment for company operation, which avoids all kinds of fault, such as management delay and incorrect information, improving work efficiency.The successful development of this system, it can make the entire unit in to a network of convenient and efficient management style, but also can impro ve the efficiency of the entire unit, in the today's society of rapid development, these matters are very important. The successful application of this system has made the unit have the great economic benefits.
