Currently,fuzzy control electronic module used by domestic home appliance is more and more poptilar.The electronic module can tightly follow the step of changes of technologies—IT technology,frequency conversion technology etc.—of the intormation time, which makes it to be the fashion pronoun of home appliance.While in industrial production,testing equipments of the similar products depend on testing tools with simulation load. There will be much more and kinds of testing tools, more operators,lower effectiveness,and more frequent changes of tools,that causes the management cost be lower.For the quality, parts of functions can not he covered. hor example,result from LCD display screen is depending on inspector's visual management only, while inspector's tiredness cowld affect it a lot,so the quality can not be ensured sufficiently.After serious analysis and sufficient discuss,it is needed to develop an automatic testing system,such system will adopt PC one to N technology.by changing outer equipment,dummy channel technology simulates testing,and visualize and output the result, to achieve convenience,lower cost and fulfill the high-speed automatic testing need.The article is mainly research the design principle of automatic testing system and its realization method.Hardware of testing system includes three prints: industrial control svstem. testing display system and testing machine holder。Software of testing system included tour parts: collateral testing main control program,collateral testing module adjustment program,collateral testing module initialization program,collateral testing module operation container.Testing system adopts industrial control machine system, it includes "testing and use" data collection equipment and dummy device technology, to transform physical parameters collected by different kinds of sensors into electric signals which can be transferred by cable,and make adjustment to noese,signal,linearity 'and nonlinearity by replacement components.Make full use of linearity extendable technology and calculation capability of computer. Adopt mainstream computer technology, combine innovative,flexible,modularized software system,pluralize linearity popular used currently, including USB,PCI E,PCI and PXI.Adopt multi-functions data collection card, realize high quality and high precision data collection. By dummy channel technology, save real tools, to achieve high testing effectiveness,strong extendable capability, easier operation, perfect quality ensured automatic testing requirement.Industrial control system realizes the comparison between collected signal and standard,to display the output result of system by testing such as terminal display,sound alarm,light signal alarm etc.Testing machine holder is purely machine structured:part of testing machine holder can be changed at any moment,to achieve that one machine can test kinds of products at the time. It is assembled a testing PCBA in the machine holder, for washing nachine product with key,it also needs to increase a set of completed key-press device, and use air drive control,to ensure the testing validity for the key-press. Moreover, it can adjust the height and place of the key-press device according to different products, so as to lower down cost and make full use of the machine.For part of signal collection, this system adopts collateral testing method, data collection card put the data directly to data buffer by DMA method. When a task is collecting data,other tasks can not require to collect data at the same time.Then data collection card is controlled by DMA IC, till to the collection is finished. Therefore, CPU can not send data collection order to the data collection card, only the collection process is over, the control right will return to CPU, then to collect from the testing object to meet our need.During signal collection process,there are many special practical situations, that needs to improve and correspond to the system and product tested.lake ihe display board as an example,it needs to insiall a power board+corresponding testing board. use video frequency to collect data. For power board testing, testing to part of wire is critical,for example the start voltage of transformer,measuring of wave shape(PCBA adopts operation adjustment module,this part influences product service time)...
