The software crisis is still widely exist. It seriously restricts software development. Component Based Software Development is to take software frame as to assemble a blue print, to take reuse software component as a module to build up a system, to support construction type software reuse. It is a valid paths which raises efficiency and product quality of the software production, eases side effect of a personnel flow and shortens product consignation time.With the rising power of sports, the sports teams begin to have higher requirements for the details that can affect the athletes. National Tennis Team Information Platform integrates the basic situation of athletes, athlete training and competition information data, images, video analysis and training of monitoring data tennis team. It uses database, network communications, image processing and other technical means to achieve the relevant information collection, storage and management. It has a comprehensive analysis of these data, combining the characteristics of kinetic theory and tennis and using statistical, data mining and other methods, so as to optimize and further improve the athletes training in the player results of purposes. Its development and implementation simplify the work of sports teams.According to the specific requirements of the Tennis Team Information Platform and combining with ourselves development experience over the related systems, we use the component-oriented design and complete the Tennis Team Information Platform. The article first researches the component-based software reuse technology with the software reuse technology and component-based software technology theory. It introduces a software reuse and component-based technologies, specifically the significance of using component technology development, then introduces the COM technology and UML modeling and familiar with component-based software engineering development process and ideas. Then, by understanding the system, we make the domain analysis and modeling for the information platform by using the component-based thinking. We give the logic of the system architecture and database design by RBCI algorithm division. Finally, we realize the Tennis Team Information Platform and demonstrate some of the system code and interface combining the components of the tennis division of information platform and using technologies such as COM server. We summarize the work of this paper and point out the direction for further research.
