Outpatient Service Information System Based On .NET

With the rapid progress of science and technology, information technology wave has swept the health care field. Using information systems to improve the scientific management has become an important method to enhance medical services level. Outpatient service information system, as its main components, achieves the precise management of outpatient service's processes, improves the efficiency of doctors, simplifies the patient's treatment program, and promotes the outpatient service management to develop towards standardization and rationalization direction.Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used as a description language for design and analysis. The actual situation of hospital out-patient is analyzed and researched. The relevant requirements are obtained and collated. Then use-case model is established. The system is divided into out-patient services sub-subsystem and internal management sub-subsystem. The solution of system is designed by using ASP.NET dynamic homepage technology, SQL Server database technology, ADO.NET database visit technology, data structure, AJAX and so on. The system multi-layer distributional architecture is established based on.NET construction. And system's service logic partitioning is divided into four independent levels:the Web level, the service outward appearance level, the service regular level and the data accessing level. Using the facade design pattern, establishing the unified connection class, effectively meets system's service expands. During the database design, the model analysis is carried on by using the E-R chart method. E-R chart is transformed into the relational model. Then the relational model is transformed into the data model. At last, the database is established.The outpatient service subsystem realizes service functions, such as the appointment management, valuation and collection management, outpatient service medical record management, outpatient service arrangement inquiry, patient information management and so on. The internal management subsystem has realized management functions, such as user management, jurisdiction establishment, operating time hypothesis and so on.At present, outpatient service information system based on.NET has already basically realized. Experiments and trial operation show that the overall system design is reasonable and the solution is feasible.
