Nowadays, the development of Internet of Things in the transport industry provides a guarantee for traceability. The development of Internet of Things in the transport industry, need to build the traffic factor authentication system, transportation elements system to obtain accurate information, and transportation Platform of things, especially in the rail transport sector. However, for sea ticketing, transportation and services, there are still empty areas in providing information query and tracking for passengers, enterprises and society. For this purpose, the paper develops the integrated management information system whose main function are ticketing and business management, and ensuring the transport elements can be tracked and queried. On the basis of analysis of tracking methods in various industries, the paper summarizes the basic conditions and methods of tracking, and then analyzes the tracking object, tracking activities, and tracking processes in the field of the Ro-Ro ticketing system. After the requirement analysis of ticketing business, including basic elements, tickets management, CRM chain, integrated function of passenger and cargo tracking and authorization of the system user, the corresponding functional model and data flow are developed, achieving the integration of ticketing, management, query and tracking. In this process, the paper proposes the query optimization technology based on atomic table, which improves the speed of data access and query efficiency.
