With the development of information and technology, bank card is welcomed by most of the people as a modern payment tool. However, Domestic system development method about bank card still use the traditional technology, and the business and technology handling methods about bank card also has a very big disparity with international standards. In order to adapt to the competition after the opening of China's financial environment, Banks start many projects such as the data centralization and "heart surgery" of the core business system. In this process, as pay medium widespread used by the current customers, the function of bank card system must be relocated again. In the guide of "small core business system big peripheral system" and "process bank ", the new core business system only realize the function of accounting treatment, so a new bank card system should be isolated from the core business system, and realizes the function of card business processing and keep accounts to the core business system with the target of "customer-oriented".In order to realize the integration with the modern core business system, this paper presents a general system analysis and design method about the new service-oriented bank card system. By analyzing process from business layer and system layer respectively, this method solves the system delay problem in traditional software development process caused by ambiguous demand.In the aspect of system analysis, this paper puts forward a SOA three-layer analysis model based on demand+semantic+service. This paper respectively analyze the bank card business and system process through the business and system model, extract atomic business and atomic components, set up a design method of extracting system cases by the analysis in business field. In order to solve cohesive standards between business layer and system layer, this article introduces the thought of the ontology, using the standard semantic Web services description language OWL-S describe atomic business and atomic components respectively, and establish the field knowledge model about business and system.In aspect of system design, this paper puts forward a SOA system interactive model based on semantic Web services, and introduces the function modules and process of the semantic Web service agency. This semantic Web service agency is the core component of the system based on SOA, including the function of service register,query,combination and conversion, and implement the function of find flow automatically through save the service combination process dynamically.The semantic Web service agent break through the static mode limitations needing artificial participate in the process of traditional Web services combination in SOA system by realizing the semantic Web services discover and assemble automatically. This method solves the problem of irrationality flow cased by personally upstanding and recognize, and improve the efficiency of flow design, deduce the cost of system design. By introducing the hybrid semantic Web service discovery algorithm, this paper solve problem about the recall ratio and the precision in the algorithm purely based on semantics or syntax.
