The system leverage mobile network to send electronic bills, and scan the ticket with smart phones. Mobile ticketing system allows users to carry bills, which is much more convenient to use. And also operational costs for ticketing agency are much lower. Thus, mobile ticketing system will have a very important significance for people’s lives and economic development.The main work of this paper includes: firstly I analyze the current situation of the development of mobile ticketing system, combining history and current research of mobile ticketing systems. And describe the value and innovation, of mobile ticketing system for small and medium with summing up the main contribution of this paper and Innovation point; Secondly, I list a mobile ticketing system concepts and system features, discussed the key technologies of mobile ticketing system development, such as the Spring development framework, Android technology, database technology, QRCode generation technology, ZXing dimensional code parsing technology; Thirdly, I analyze the demand for small mobile ticketing system, the business needs of the mobile ticketing system, system operation indicators style interface requirements and user experience requirements. and also I design the overall mobile ticketing system function framework, physical deployment environment, system design activities management, ticketing, membership management, statistical analysis, mobile check-in, real-time monitoring of six functional modules, data flow model proposed mobile ticketing system functional modules and the detailed design of the conceptual model and the logical model of the database. The database design is given ER diagram, class diagram of the detailed design of the system and the system of back-end business systems, mobile ticket application module by two different development environment, programming language development were realized and integrated debugging, deployment; The Last, I developed a mobile ticketing system through a comprehensive functional testing and performance testing to meet the design goals established in this article and in line with the actual needs of small and medium ticketing agency applications.
