Along with the larger amount of the college recruits, the experiment teaching tasks become more and more heavy, the arrangement of the experiment course is very complex. Nowadays, a few colleges'experiment management and information processing almost base on the wired network even have been done by hand, therefore, the construction and expanding of experiment management system is difficult and the system is poor in flexibility. But the network system which based on the WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) can solve mentioned-above problems of the wired network, it can be constructed simply and expediently, and used in many domains.This paper bases on the pertinent technology of WSN and the contactless IC card, designs and realizes a new experiment management system. It has many advantages, such as simple handling, low cost,high management efficiency and so on. The primary work and innovation contains:(1) It analyses and researches not only the pertinent technology about WSN and contactless IC card, but also the orientation technology based on WSN;(2) It gives a holistic frame of the experiment management system based on WSN, moreover it realizes some management modules such as lab binding, student register, experiment authorization; it can also be used as a all-purpose card on campus, thus effectively cutting down the cost;(3) It designs a experiment platform which based on B/S structure, and make use of Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2000 to realize many functions,for example lab management, experiment course management, experiment arrangement, equipment management and so on;(4) It can achieve the management of multi-layer users and improve the safety of the system with some advanced safety strategies.This system has been applied in the electronic information experiment teaching demonstration centre of Henan province. The result indicates that, the system is easy, economical, convenient, and efficient to operate the system, and it can make full use of the existing network and experiment resource to improve the efficiency of experiment teaching and management.
