With the fast development and wide application of the wireless communication, limited spectrum resourses and inefficient fixed spectrum allocation policy led to scarce spectrum resources can not satisfy the increasingly users. Cognitive Radio is an intelligent spectrum sharing technology, not only adaptive spectrum management but spectrum efficiency can be achieved by it, and the problem of shortage of spectrum resource can be got with it.In the paper, firstly, the spectrum allocation is analyzed, and Cognitive Radio analysis program is proposed, furthermore, a cognitive model of the allocation of radio spectrum is build by means of attaching Game Theory to cognitive radio systems. Secondly, two kinds of distributed spectrum allocation algorithms based on the potential of game theory have been analyzed and discussed. Finally, a simulation platform based on the WLAN is built, and the simulation data is got with MATLAB 7.1 algorithm. The simulation data show that the cognitive users are relatively equally distributed in all channels, by compared the two simulation graphics before and after adopt the algorithm, we can find that all the channel signal to interference ratio levels have been significantly improved, and the algorithm can converge to the Nash Equilibrium quickly, which should be an effective way to improve the spectrum.
