Rotor gyroscope having a weak signal, loud noise and noise in the signal band. In order to optimize the signal of the rotor gyroscope with these characteristics. This article is designed to optimize the switch demodulation circuit of rotor gyroscope, and this article also designed a cascaded digital filters which combined modern filters and classic filter. In a combination of the advantage of hardware signal processing and the advantage of digital signal processing, This article achieves high performance, high sensitivity and meets the rotor gyroscope signal processing requirements.In the hardware signal processing section, in order to put the ball disc rotor gyroscope’s capacitance variation into voltage variation, this paper designs the charge amplifier and differential amplifier. The cascade connections lead the disc rotor gyro output charge signal to voltage signal. In order to improve the performance of the gyro, the paper designs the signal phase shifters with no attenuation, high precision reference voltage source and a voltage reference source, the circuit uses high-precision resistors and capacitors, impedance matching and so on. Application of these techniques used to optimize the classic architecture of switching demodulation circuit enhances the system performance.For the convenience of the digital signal processing(DSP) later and meeting the requirements of signal processing which should meets high-precision and high-speed, in this paper, the design of high-precision and high-speed AD conversion circuit uses AD7655 as the AD conversion chip, this paper sets up the AD conversion circuit and set the actual AD sampling circuit, finally realizes the conversion rate of 5 KHZ and high precision(significant digit is 16).In the digital signal processing section, the paper designs 12-order Butterworth low-pass filter and Kalman filter of multi-sensor fusion, and uses the high-speed signal processor(that is DSP) to combines the advantages of both, in order to improve the performance in the digital signal processing section. This application has a deep meaning in the practical using of rotor gyroscope.Eventually this article achieves a overall high sensitivity signal processing(8.9V / pF) and high performance(THD = 0.4%).
