The output signal of the ball rotor gyroscope contains noise of multiple noise sources.To further improve the accuracy and stability of the gyroscope,it is necessary to identify the main noise in the noise source and deal with the main noise accordingly.In this paper,we first identify several major noise components in the gyroscope,analyze several kinds of noise which has the greatest influence on the stability of the gyroscope.We design different processing algorithms for different noise components,and the algorithm of the disc rotor gyroscope signal acquisition and processing system is designed to verify the algorithm.After analyzing the static output signal of the gyroscope,it is found that the output signal of the ball rotor rotor gyroscope has more singular points and linear drift error.In order to solve the singularity error problem,this paper simplifies the design of the algorithm with simple and real-time performance of Pau Ta criterion.For the linear drift error,this paper uses the characteristics of the common gyroscope accelerometer combination in the inertial system,The algorithm is used to judge the dynamic drift of the linear drift.The algorithm has the characteristics of low cost and simple realization.For the random noise in the disc rotor gyroscope,this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of LMS in the gyroscope denoising,and finally uses The VSS-LMS algorithm which is improved algorithm of LMS algorithm.Implements the algorithm in MATLAB and DSP respectively.In order to verify the correctness of the algorithm,this paper designs a gyroscope signal acquisition and processing system,which can realize the sampling rate of up to 200 KHz to collect the output signal of the disc rotor gyroscope.At the same time,the MPU6050 gyroscope accelerometer module is designed to verify whether the algorithm is widely applicable.In addition the system design also designed the DAC,serial communication module in order to communicate with the computer and post-function expansion.To verify the correctness of the algorithm,this paper designs a gyroscope signal processing system,the system adopts high performance DSP chip TMS320F28335,ADC chip AD7606 with high precision,can reach the highest sampling rate of 200 KHz to collect the ball disc rotor gyro output signal.The algorithm is verified and the acquisition and processing system,the results show that the designed algorithm of singular error can be good removal;dynamic error compensation performance of the trend is good;after adaptive filtering algorithm for gyro stability has been greatly improved.Finally,the bias instability of the gyro is achieved,and the maximum value is reduced from 19.19°/h to 4.716°/h,which greatly improves the stability of the gyro bias.
