A Study On The Training Model Of Chinese Teachers' Volunteers At Confucius Institutes In

In this paper, the training mode of Chinese volunteer teachers in Confucius institute to Russia is the research object. By the author herself, combining to the interview of the Chinese volunteer teachers, comprehensively describes the status of the Chinese volunteer teachers training mode, at the same time analyzed the detail problems in every link of the training mode(such as selection, pre-service training, overseas management). Ultimately comes down to the problems that can be solved in current and the problems that need to be addressed in the medium and long term development. Then give out corresponding solutions to the problems, namely "to improve the training mode of Chinese volunteer teachers in Confucius institute to Russia" and "the medium and long-term training plan of Chinese volunteer teachers in Confucius institute to Russia ".The analysis of the problems existing in the training mode of Chinese volunteer teachers will show a different perspective to the related departments, from bottom to top to look at some adverse factors restricting the development of Chinese volunteer teachers. Considering the current for volunteers to Chinese teaching and the cultivation of the medium and long term development plan will help to improve the professional quality of the Chinese volunteer teachers and form the stable teacher troop.
