With the development of The Times,the development of Chinese teaching in Thailand has become increasingly popular,and the enthusiasm of the Thai people to learn Chinese has also been rising.However,the problems of the shortage of Chinese teachers in Thailand gradually are emerging.Hanban sends a large number of Chinese teachers to Thailand each year,but it still cannot meet the needs of Chinese teaching in Thailand.In addition,native Chinese teachers'own teaching level and uneven Chinese proficiency are also affecting Chinese teaching in Thailand.Therefore,it is urgent to train native Chinese teachers.This article adopts survey method,interviews method,observation method,comparative and other methods into that study.First of all,the current situation of native Chinese teachers' training is summarized and analyzed.And then this article selects the teachers from 17 cooperative schools of Confucius institute of Suan Dusit University at Suphanburi questionnaires as the research object.Also,three native Chinese teachers and three different teachers from Confucius institute in Thailand are selected for the interview.Based on native Chinese teachers' training mode,training experience and training requirements in terms of research and analysis,this article reflects on the shortage of the native Chinese teachers training,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures to improve.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which mainly describes the background,research review,research content,research purpose,research method and significance of the topic.The second chapter is the Thai native Chinese teachers training situation analysis,this chapter firstly combined with the literature of local Chinese teacher training are summarized,then held by the Confucius institute in Thailand as an example of training for local Chinese teachers of statistics and analysis;The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of training situation of Thai native Chinese teachers from primary and secondary school.The survey is mainly conducted by the native Chinese teachers from 17 cooperative schools of Confucius institute of Suan Dusit University at Suphanburi and supplemented by interviews conducted by relevant figures;The fourth chapter is the reflection and suggestion on the training mode of native Chinese teachers in Thailand,which mainly reflects on the investigation and analysis of the previous articles,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the conclusion which summarizes the content of this article and puts forward some shortcomings.
