The Trade Marks is a popular language phenomenon in our daily life, it’s also a mirror that reflects the culture of a certain nation. In this thesis, we will talk about the Trade Marks on “Memetics”. The theory of “Memetics” is first raised by Richard Dawkins. It is a theory on “Culture Communication”, while this theory is marginalized in China. Therefore, in this thesis, we will briefly introduce “Memetics”, especially on Linguistics and Culture, and the most important, about the Trade Marks. Based on the theory of Richard Dawkins, we will also talk about the “Memetics” assisted by the theories of Francis Paul Heylighen, Susan Blackmore, He Ziran and Zhu Zhiping. We will also examine 1385 random Trade Marks and analyze them.In the following part, we will merely research on the Trade Marks that written in Chinese. This will break the traditional patterns that the predecessors who research on the Trade Marks must consider both Trade Marks and Advertisements, and must consider the Trade Marks on cross-linguistic field. In this thesis, we only consider the Trade Marks and only in Chinese. Despite of the Advertisements and cross-linguistic research, and in the assist of “Memetics”, we summarized 6 critical factors of Chinese Trade Marks, that is the number of characters, the amount of memes, type of Trade Marks, emotional hot-keys, cultural familiarity and Trojan strategies.The Trade Marks, as a popular language phenomenon in our daily life, is a vivid teaching material in Chinese teaching. The Chinese Trade Marks is a concentration of Chinese Culture. It is also a condense and reprocessing of Chinese Culture. This vivid teaching material is meaningful to Chinese learners, especially for them to experience Chinese culture and understand the deep connotations of Chinese Culture. Moreover it will help Chinese Learners to get to know the unique emotions of Chinese people. In this thesis, we use the rules of “Memetics” to analyze Chinese Trade Marks aim to provide a enlightenment and inspiration to both teachers and students of Chinese Language.
