The will to power and the eternal recurrence thought is the core of Nietzsche’s philosophy."Will to power" thought is the vital concept for understanding of "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", but unlike other scholars said, "will to power" appears in the second chapter of the book or after Superman theory experiencing a crisis, "will to power" thought throughout the entire book. In Nietzsche’s philosophy, there is no isolated "will to power" thought and eternal recurrence thought. As Heidegger’s beings and a way of being links the two,the author will contact the hub placed on survival time. Starting from heidegger’s book "Nietzsche", through the writings of scholars interpretation and the most important works by Nietzsche-- "Thus Spoke Zarathustra",try to come up with Nietzsche’s philosophy which also fucos on being and time problem. The first chapter of this paper describes the status quo of Nietzsche’s philosophy of the Heideggerfoundation. Heidegger quoted a large number of notes from the book "The will to power" which is not completed for the interpretation of Nietzsche’s thoughts. Other scholars debateHeidegger’s this way of interpretationof Nietzsche’s thoughts, and Lampert deemed that "Zarathustra" has already presented the whole, then Simmel opened up a survival philosophy. Chinese scholarsfor the study of Nietzsche’s philosophy has not fundamentally get rid of the influence of above scholars opinions. In the second chapter, before we enter "Thus Spoke Zarathustra," we should throughNietzsche’s thought contexts.Among these there are three critical stages. The first stage is Nietzsche’s early understanding of the ancient Greek philosophy; and the second stage is the modern philosophy initiated by Descartes for internal influence to Nietzsche’s philosophy.Nietzsche’s "will to power" thought deeply inheritedthe foundational status of the "Cartesian cogito", the question of the truth has been transformed into a survival subject or life of practical problem.Only by understanding the subject status of the will to power, can we understand the revaluation of all values of Nietzsche’s late thoughts. The third state is the impact of the philosophy of Schopenhauer, even will and rational issues as early as the middle ages have been discussed, but Schopenhauer’s philosophyof will really opened up a new eraof philosophy. Schopenhauer’s "will" as the essence of the world, and Nietzsche changed the concept of Schopenhauer’s "will",and make it out of the quagmire of old metaphysics to become a the presentation of the concept of being.Nietzsche picked upa major problem--will and time which Schopenhauer just tasted. In Chapter three and four we discusses the subject of this article. In Zarathustra."Will to Power"thought is extremely complicated to understand, but we still have to draw a rough range for it to facilitate our discussion, and the author thinks that generally we can discuss these two levels--the value of the order and being. On the one hand,Eternal recurrence as the beyond face of being and time,on the other hand, also reflects the face of the value of the order. In the round of survival time, instant is consistent with the will to power,,but this is certainly just an instant in nature. To achieve a supreme affirmation of all life, we must demand that it be an eternal moment of lifting,to reach a survivability eternal reincarnation experience,in which the perspective of all things is in the vision of the subject. Will to power in Nietzsche’s view is self affirmation of life, this sentence can also be understoodthat only the positive value of life is the will to power,so the will to power thought on the value level is a life of self affirmative value from the stream of generation tothe existing brand, and based on the value of life can bring positive highland value to form a hierarchical order.
