Chinese idioms are the product of Chinese culture for thousands of years’history, which contains a profound of historical and cultural backgrounds. Foreign students are interested in Chinese idioms because the forms of idioms are short, but rich in contents. It is also a hard part for foreign students learning Chinese. They have many difficulties in learning Chinese. There are many examples of the errors foreign students using morphological idioms. As a result, it is an unavoidable problem of morphological idiom errors. The thesis searches for the idiom morphological errors from HSK dynamic composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University. These errors are from Korean students. These errors are classified into five species:error substitute> wrong order、complex、omission and redundancy. Error substitutes include misprints and do words. Among these errors, error substitutes have a largest proportion, and complexes have a least proportion. Interpretations are one of the special species of redundancy errors. Errors causes have following main points:the complexity of the idiom itself, negative transfer of mother language and so on. When teaching Korean students to learn Chinese idiom, we should avoid the mother language negative transfer to reduce errors, as it is the main cause of these errors.
