The content of culture teaching plays a crucial role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In foreign language teaching, language teaching is not only to impart to process speech, vocabulary, grammar knowledge, the communication process is also of culture, and culture teaching in foreign language teaching effect has been generally recognized. But at present, in the discussion of culture in the teaching of foreign language teaching, too much focus on the primary stage, the middle stage of relatively less. But the crucial intermediate stage is the entire Chinese as a foreign language in the process of a ring, plays an important role in the advanced stage of cohesion in Chinese as a foreign language in the process, so the middle stage of teaching is particularly important, culture teaching in intermediate stage will make analysis on the intermediate stage of teaching have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the specification. So it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of teaching culture in the intermediate stage.This paper selects two sets at home are more representative of the two textbooks: "development Chinese"(Advanced), "development Chinese"(intermediate) as samples, which are collected on cultural projects constructed corpus, the number and distribution of statistical culture project, the systematic study of cultural projects. And in the after investigation and analysis, put forward some own opinions on the intermediate stage of culture teaching methods and teaching principles. In conclusion, attached to cultural projects in schedule two textbooks, for reference only.
