This paper combines the research production of linguistics, pedagogy, culture, intercultural communication theory research, reviews the research status of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China for decades, selects two sets of intermediate Chinese Comprehensive Textbooks as representative examples, statistics detail the culture of the two textbooks. This paper summaries the development of teaching Chinese material as a foreign language and study on the problems of culture teaching syllabus and textbook. And according to the self-made "culture needs questionnaire" statistical data, analysis of foreign students to the cultural teaching attitude and needs.In the presence of two sets of intermediate Chinese comprehensive textbook, the problems mainly display in:compared with the knowledge of cultural projects, the proportion of communication protocol of cultural project is too small; Chinese history and traditional culture are introduced more, the introduction of modern Chinese culture is less; there is a lack of classification of cultural projects; comparing with the student’s learning interest and demand, cultural project system is not enough, and the pertinence is not strong, and teaching materials are not concerned about cultural differences, These lead to learning difficulties for students; teaching materials for the teaching of culture of cooperation and coordination is not enough, seriously affects student’s learning effect.Foreign student’s interest in Chinese culture is increased, but in foreign language learning process, because of cultural differences, the cultural teaching writing, teachers are not reasonable enough, they face a great Chinese learning difficulties, and their learning effect is poor. Their demand on the use of Chinese intellectual and cultural is increasing, their requirements on foreign Chinese culture teaching are constantly improve.The textbook is an important auxiliary texts in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for the promotion of culture teaching in TCFL,teaching materials compilation should be improved, and To meet the needs of foreign students in culture teaching.Teaching materials compilation should take full account of the relation between language and culture, follow the maneuverability, practicability principle, draw up cultural syllabus as soon as possible; on the principle of compiling teaching materials, adhere to the "structure-function-culture" combine a principle; qualitative analysis of the cultural content of the degree of difficulty,get rid of the barrier between language teaching and culture materials;care culture differences, and strengthen pertinence; adhere to step by step principle, improve the matching degree of the different class teaching and learning stage; in the cultural project selection, attention to communication cultural knowledge; in the aspect of teachers’using textbooks, teachers must be clear about the teaching purpose, must have the cultural knowledge and cultural content according to the specific circumstances of professor. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China only enhances culture teaching factors reasonably, then can strengthen Chinese contemporary culture teaching effect, improve the level of culture teaching in TCFL. |
