| In recent years, the market economy, the rapid development of the talentcompetition, primary school teachers in China are subject to increasing workpressure, working pressure is not effectively controlled for a long time, it willdirectly lead to burnout. Once a teacher burnout, not only affect the workingconditions of teachers and students, but also affect the physical and mental healthand quality of life of the teacher, the more serious is also a direct result of the declinein the overall quality of compulsory education has shaken the foundation for thedevelopment of the country’s modernization, serious consequences can not beignored.This study was taken from Kunming seven surrounding rural primary schoolclassroom teachers. Of SWB, teacher job satisfaction questionnaire and burnoutinventory measurement tools used questionnaires, a total of200questionnaires,171valid questionnaires. Correlation between demographic variables and effective dataanalysis and regression analysis, the effects of subjective well-being of primaryschool teachers, job satisfaction and teacher burnout. The conclusion of the study areas follows:Burnout inventory preliminary validity test results show that the correlationcoefficient between the burnout inventory questions significant, well-structuredvalidity; three instruments in the present study have carried out a reliability test, Theconclusion that the three survey data have a high internal consistency.2, the survey scale factor descriptive analysis results showed that:(1) toinvestigate the object exists the obvious emotional exhaustion, and there topersonalization and self-rewarding;(2) survey of job satisfaction below the medianlevel of job satisfaction is not high. Subjective well-being close to the2.5level, thesurvey subjective well-being close to the middle level.3, found in the data analysis of the seven factors of the demographic variables: (1) different gender, age, ethnicity, seniority on emotional exhaustion, topersonalized, self-accomplishment, job satisfaction, and subjective well-being wereno significant difference;(2) job satisfaction significantly increased with the increaseof the title of subjective well-being but decreased with increasing titles;(3) to apersonalized, self-accomplishment with increasing degree significantly increased;lowest compared with the highest undergraduate degree, normal school educationand job satisfaction;(5) to the personality factor significantly increased with theincrease of monthly income.4, the data analysis shows that:(1) emotional exhaustion, to personalize and jobsatisfaction has a significant positive correlation of self-pride and job satisfactioncorrelation was not significant;(2) emotional failure to personalized,self-accomplishment and subjective well-being has a significant negative correlation.That is emotional exhaustion, Deindividuation, higher self-accomplishment, but thelower subjective well-being;(3) job satisfaction and subjective well-being has asignificant negative correlation. Job satisfaction is higher, but the lower subjectivewell-being.5, the regression analysis of the data showed that:(1) emotional exhaustionfactor to job satisfaction have a significant positive effect. That emotional exhaustion,job satisfaction corresponding higher;(2) emotional exhaustion, self-accomplishmentfactors are significant negative effect on subjective well-being. Emotionalexhaustion, the higher the self-accomplishment, but the lower subjective well-being.(3) job satisfaction be interested in subjective well-being have a significant negativeeffect. Higher job satisfaction, but the lower subjective well-being. |
