In order to understand the status and correlation of life satisfaction of the western rural elementary school teachers to explore influence factors of southwest and northwest rural area teachers’ life satisfaction in China and the factors of composition, and to put forward suggestions to improve the rural primary school teachers in the western theory of life satisfaction and improve the quality of life of teachers in West Rural area, in this study, the southwest and northwest regions of rural primary school teachers as the object of study, with the basic situation questionnaire, occupation identity scale, work environment satisfaction scale and general life satisfaction scale and other tools, 142 primary school teachers in Yunnan province and Gansu province were conducted a questionnaire survey, and the data obtained were tested using SPSS18.O statistical software. The results of the study show that:(1)the current life satisfaction of rural primary teachers in a low level;(2) between the two regions in southwest and northwest, life satisfaction of rural primary school teachers is not obvious;(3)the study of southwest and Northwest Rural primary school teachers’ life satisfaction effect is basically the same;(4)environment economic level and job satisfaction are important factors to influence the life satisfaction of rural primary school teachers; The level of professional identity, gender and other factors on the life satisfaction of rural primary school teachers had no significant effect.
