With the development of educational reform tide and the highly attention to the education of children from parents,teachers' work pressure is also increasing.People come to realize that teachers' happiness is not only related to the quality of teaching,but also have an effect on students' learning interest as well as the physical and mental health.So it's particularly important to improve teachers' happiness.Thanks to the development of positive psychology,more and more experts and scholars in China come to explore and research the Occupational Well-being of teachers.But most of their research objects are concentrated in the southeast coast.Henan as one of the largest educational provinces,has a large group of teachers,but relative researches of that area are barely lack of.Therefore,it's very necessary to research the teachers' Occupational Well-being from that area.In addition,the increase of stress at work can easily lead to Job Burnout,which may affect Occupational Well-being,so it also has a certain research significance to explore the relationship between Occupational Well-being and Job Burnout.Firstly,this research gives a brief review of the studies status at home and abroad of Occupational Well-being,and put forward the concrete research ideas base on the disadvantage in previous researches.Secondly,it develops an Occupational Well-being Scale which conforms to the work sense of primary and secondary school teachers.Thirdly,with the help of the Occupational Well-being Scale and MBI-ES,it investigates the current situation and demographic characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers' Occupational Well-being and Job Burnout in Xinyang,Henan,and further studies the relationship between Occupational Well-being and Job Burnout by correlation analysis and regression analysis.And finally,it gives a brief discussion and summary of the research results.Through the statistics and analysis of survey data,the findings are as follows:Firstly,after item analysis,CFA and testing of validity and reliability,the Occupational Well-being Scale has reached psychology surveying standards,and the scale suits for measuring the primary and secondary school teachers' Occupational Well-being.Secondly,the Occupational Well-being index of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinyang is above average,and fairly optimistic.It reveals significant difference in some demographic variables as teaching graduating class or not,schooling stage,education background,professional title and class period.Thirdly,the Job Burnout index of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinyang is not serious and below average.It reveals significant difference in some demographic variables as teaching graduating class or not,schooling stage,education background and professional title.Fourthly,there is significant negative correlation between Job Burnout together with its three dimensions and Occupational Well-being.Finally,the three dimensions of Job Burnout can negatively predicts Occupational Well-being and totally explains 73.5 percent variance of it.
