| In recent years, with increasing numbers of Chinese learners emerging, TCSLteachers play an increasingly important role in the development of Chinese education.With this study, TCSL teachers’ self-efficacy and job satisfaction would help theteachers to understand TCSL teacher’s occupational psychology, and improve theircomprehension.The Teaching Self-efficacy Scale compiled by Yu Guoliang (1995) and theUniversity Teachers’ Job Satisfaction Questionnaire compiled by Yang Xiuwei (2005),adopt the method of questionnaire and structured interview to analyze theself-efficacy and job satisfaction status of TCSL teachers of Yunnan NormalUniversity which also compare the similarities and differences of teachers toscrutinize teaching self-efficacy and job satisfaction, it also explores the relationshipbetween self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and propose some guiding advices ofimproving TCSL teachers’ teaching self-efficacy and job satisfaction.The research consists of6chapters. The first chapter will provide the questions,state the research background, find out the purpose and goal of this research, themethod and content which are used to conduct the research. The second chapter is tofind out the current status of the research, also to introduce the related researchtheories.The third chapter is the preparation and result of research, the details would be tofind out the engagement and result of the questionnaire and also the design and theengagement of the interviewing method. Chapter4analyzes the teaching efficacy andjob satisfaction of different types of TCSL teachers by using quantitative analysismethod. Chapter5analyzes the teaching self-efficacy and job satisfaction of differenttypes of TCSL teachers by using qualitative analysis method. Chapter6discusses theresults of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, makes conclusion and thenpropose the guiding advice of promoting TCSL teachers’ teaching self-efficacy andjob satisfaction. |
