Objects:This study aims to research the characteristics and mutual relations of secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching motivation, teaching efficacy, job satisfaction and multiple happiness. Provide theory and practice basis for promoting secondary vocational teachers’ happiness and accelerating the development of secondary vocational education.Methods:This study mainly use literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical analysis, take advantage of Teaching Motivation Scale, Teaching Efficacy Scale, Teachers’ Job Satisfaction Scale and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire to survey429teachers. Use SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0to deal with the data.Results:1、Secondary vocational teachers’multiple happiness, teaching motivation, teaching efficacy, job satisfaction has significant differences in gender, age, seniority and education background.2、There are significant correlation between secondary vocational teachers’ multiple happiness and teaching motivation, multiple happiness and teaching efficacy, multiple happiness and job satisfaction.3、Secondary vocational teachers’teaching motivation, teaching motivation, job satisfaction can positive predict the multiple happiness.4、General job satisfaction play a completely mediating role between general teaching efficacy and multiple happiness, and a partial intermediary role between general teaching motivation and multiple happiness. Concretely speaking, general education efficacy, external internalization motivation effect subjective well-being and psychological well being through the complete mediation effect of general job satisfaction. Internal motivation influences psychological well-being through the complete mediation effect of general job satisfaction. In addition to the direct impact on happiness, personal teaching efficacy also influences happiness indirectly through the partial mediation effect of general job satisfaction. In addition to the direct impact on subjective well-being, internal motivation also affects happiness indirectly through the partial mediation effect of general job satisfaction. External motivation affect psychological well-being directly, general job satisfaction does not play a mediation role here.5、Secondary vocational teachers’ teaching motivation and teaching efficacy are significant positive correlated. The internal motivation, external motivation, external internalization motivation can significantly positively predict the personal teaching efficacy, the general teaching efficacy. The internal motivation and the external internalization motivation can significantly positively predict the general teaching efficacy.6、Secondary vocational teachers’teaching motivation and job satisfaction are significantly positive correlation. Internal motivation and external internalization motivation have a significantly positively prediction on teaching satisfaction, income satisfaction, general job satisfaction. External internalization motivation, internal motivation, external motivation can significant positive predict the environmental satisfaction. Internal motivation can significant positive predict promotion satisfaction. External internalization motivation and external motivation have significant positive prediction function on management satisfaction.7、Secondary vocational teachers’ teaching efficacy is significantly positively related to the job satisfaction. The personal teaching efficacy and the general teaching efficacy can significantly positively predict teaching satisfaction and environmental satisfaction. The general teaching efficacy can significantly positively predict promotion satisfaction, income satisfaction, management satisfaction and general job satisfaction.Conclusions:Teaching motivation, teaching efficacy, job satisfaction has different degree of prediction on secondary vocational teachers’multiple happiness. Teaching motivation, teaching efficacy can affect secondary vocational teachers’multiple happiness through the mediate function of job satisfaction. We can increase the level of multiple happiness by improving secondary vocational teachers’teaching motivation, teaching efficacy, job satisfaction. Secondary vocational teachers’teaching motivation and teaching efficacy are significantly positive correlated, teaching motivation can significantly positively predict teaching efficacy. Secondary vocational teachers’ teaching motivation and job satisfaction are significantly positive correlated, teaching motivation can significantly positively predict job satisfaction. Secondary vocational teachers’teaching efficacy and job satisfaction have significantly positive correlation, teaching efficacy can significantly positively predict job satisfaction. We can use this in teaching management to improve secondary vocational teachers’ teaching efficacy and job satisfaction, in order to improve teachers’ job feelings, perfect teaching efficiency.
