Study On The Medication And Prescription Of Postpartum Milk Deficiency Disease Based On Data Mining

Research purpose:This research through the methods of data mining methods,this paper inside the ancient document and modern document of Chinese medical sciences used to treat the person who lack of postpartum milk,the formulas of through the other medicine for data mining and statistical methods,integrated with tcm theory,summary of postpartum hypogalactia characteristics of the drug and formula,for the cure of postpartum hypogalactia provide guidance.Research methods:In this study,we collected the prescriptions for internal use used by ancient doctors to treat postpartum milk deficiency recorded in the Chinese Medical Dictionary(Fifth Edition)and the dictionary of prescriptions for traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the literatures used to treat postpartum milk deficiency in the three databases of Wanfang Chinese Medical Association journal database,China journal full text database(CNKI)and Chinese science and technology journal database(VIP)Its internal administration Chinese medicine prescription.Establish ancient and modern drug statistical tables,drug efficacy,four Qi and five flavor,meridian return databases,and then use SPSS 25.0 to carry out frequency statistics on the drugs and drug attributes involved;use SPSS 25.0 and modeler 18.0 to carry out association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis on the high frequency statistics.The results of research:In this study,a total of 593 prescriptions were contained with in wip,wanfang and CNKI.Drugs involved:179,281 recipels were recorded in ancient medical books,163 drugs involved.(1)frequency statistics:From the statistics of drug frequency: ancient medical treatment postpartum lack of milk sharing drug 163 taste,the use of >=12 times of 30 taste,the use of modern medical treatment postpartum lack of milk sharing drug 179 taste,the use of >=22 times of 37 taste.In the taste of medicine on the classics:ancient medicine and modern medicine to treat this disease,the five tastes are to sweet,bitter,four qi are to warm,flat,cold,the classics:to the stomach,liver,lung,spleen mainly.Look from the drug efficacy:whether in the ancient physicians or modern medical with tonic medicine use in the treatment of the disease,most ancient physicians of postpartum hypogalactia tonify deficiency(26.38%),drug use frequency that modern physicians treating postpartum hypogalactia tonify deficiency medicine accounted for 25.70%,the rest for the ancient and modern have accounted for more than 5% of the drug use frequency is:clear heat,nourish the medicine,stimulating the running of blood to dissipating blood stasis medicine,drug and qi,and the water,cough and asthma,seeping wind dehumidification,ancient and modern medical remedy of postpartum lacking of milk on a card,different efficacy of drug use frequency is not the same,but the most used are all above several kinds of drugs.Look on the medicine of medicinal sex taste according to classics:ancient medicine family treats this disease and modern medicine family treats this disease medicine,in five tastes all with sweet,bitter give priority to,in four qi all with sex temperature,sex is flat,sex is cold give priority to,return classics:give priority to with return stomach classics,liver classics,lung classics,spleen classics.(2)clustering analysis:Through cluster analysis,it is concluded that the ancient medicine practitioners commonly use 4 pairs of drugs,the three groups of shamisen drugs can be clustered into 3 groups,the four groups of medicines can be accumulated into 2 groups.The clustering of the commonly used drugs in modern medicine is 8 pairs.The shamisen group can be clustered into 1 group.The cluster of four drugs can be grouped into two groups.(3)association rules analysis:Through association rule analysis,9 pairs of ancient medicine pairs were extracted,17 groups of shamisen drugs and 2 groups of four drugs.Modern doctors commonly use 7 pairs of drugs,18 groups of shamisen drugs,6 groups of four drugs.(4)factorial analysis:Through factor analysis,12 common factors can be extracted from the ancient formula for postpartum milk deficiency.There are 4 pairs of traditional Chinese medicine,5 groups of shamisen drugs,1 group of wuwei drugs,and 2 common factors of single taste.Eighteen common factors can be extracted from the modern postpartum milk deficiency formula,and its traditional Chinese medicine for 10 pairs,three groups of shamisen drugs,one group of five drugs,and four common factors of one single taste.ConclusionThis disease is based on deficiency of qi and blood,ancient and modern doctors use most of the drugs to remedy deficiency,and mainly to remedy qi and blood in the use of drugs.At the same time,we should pay attention to the use of drugs such as dredging qi,activating blood and removing blood stasis,dampening and removing phlegm,etc.,while filling deficiency,we should take into account the characteristics of puerpera "multiple stasis".Ancient and modern medicine in the drug in the meridian are mainly in the stomach,liver,lung,spleen.The functions of spleen,stomach,lung and liver are closely related to the normal production and secretion of milk.Visible postpartum lack of milk treatment is not monotonous a zang-fu function,but the need for the overall treatment.Ancient
