Effect Of Chinese Herbal Compound On Hemodynamics And Quality Of Life In Patients With Slow Arrhythmia

Purpose:By the methods of prospective cohort study, Based on warming and tonifying heart and kidney, activating blood and resolving stasis in treatment of slow arrhythmia, observation and Analysis on the effect of the treatment of slow arrhythmia by traditional Chinese Medicine, explore its curative effect,and estimate the change of hemodynamics after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine by ultrasound.Materials and methods:Subjects were recruited from hospitals between February 2016 and December 2015, 40 patients with slow arrhythmia(no treatment)( cohort 1), 80 patients with pacemaker implantation, divide 80 patients with pacemaker implantation into two groups randomly, each group of 40 cases(cohort 2, cohort 3). Give Shen Xian Sheng Mai oral liquid to cohort 2, cohort 3 patients, the course of treatment was 4 weeks. Recorded in the three groups patients’ baseline levels of the age, sex and the cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other. Determination of two groups of patients with end systolic volume(LVESV), left ventricular diastolic end diastolic volume(LVEDV) and left ventricular ejection ejection fraction(LVEF), stroke output(SV), every output(CO) and shrinkage peak flow velocity(AV) to observe the changes, observe the improvement of clinical symptoms. Analysis the differences of three groups in age, gender, cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other baseline by the statistical method, comparison of three groups hemodynamics and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results:There are no statistical differences in the baseline levels of age, sex, and cerebral vascular disease, coronary heart disease, and diabetes.(P>0. 05). There are statistical differences in symptoms and ultrasonic index of cohort1 between 0 and 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05); There are no statistical differences in symptoms and ultrasonic index between cohort 2 and cohort 3 received treatment of 4 weeks,(P > 0.05); There are statistical differences in the baseline levels of symptoms and ultrasonic index of cohort3 between 0 and 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Brady arrhythmia with heart-kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis is the main pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of slow arrhythmia, Through a brief health survey questionnaire(SF-36 scale) analysis, it was found that the quality of life of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pacemaker group was better than that of pacemaker group. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of slow arrhythmia have a significant effect, It could improved the clinical symptoms and hemodynamics of patients, it is the first choice for treatment of patients with chronic arrhythmia who do not meet the standard or do not want to install the pacemaker. At present, there are few studies on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for pacemaker operation. This study proves that the clinical symptoms and hemodynamics of the patients with pacemaker after pacemaker treatment are optimized.
