Purpose:Using data mining technology acquired slow arrhythmia syndromes andtreatment results, clinical curative effect contrast analysis of ShenxianShengmai oral liquid and Tongmai Yangxin pills of two kinds of traditionalChinese medicine compound preparation for treating slow arrhythmia, provide areference for clinical treatment of slow arrhythmia and application of compoundpreparation of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:Collect1990-2013years home official publication ofthe relevant research literature on slow arrhythmia778. Using SPSS Statistics20software as a platform, the retrieval text information according to the"symptoms","syndrome","Chinese medicine","prescription","tongue","pulse"6parts input software, two-way cluster analysis in frequency, the traditionalChinese medicine, prescription, syndromes and mining association the rules ofTCM treatment, slow arrhythmia. Diagnosis of63cases of slow arrhythmia patientswere randomly divided into two groups. Shenxianshengmai group32cases, to theShenxianshengmai oral liquid,20mL.p.o.Bid. Tongmaiyangxin group31cases,treated with Tongmaiyangxin pills,40pills p.o.Bid. The two groups werecontinuous treatment with20d for1courses. Through follow-up and observationof clinical symptoms, ECG curative effect (HOLTER) changes and the adverse drugreactions. Using data mining results analyze the two effect of traditionalChinese medicine compound preparation of differences.Results:1.Literature mining the statistical results of frequency: arrhythmia syndromes, according to syndrome type frequency from more to less (the first three):deficiency of heart Yang (122), followed by heart and kidney yang deficiencytype (109), again for the deficiency of both Qi and Yin (50); common prescription frequencies from more to less (the first three): self prescription (195), MahuangFuzi Xixin Decoction (65), Zhigancao Decoction (22); the two-way clusteringanalysis of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome: divided into10classes, each class has a3-5corresponding syndrome:Epimedium, Psoraleacorylifolia, Ephedra, Asarum Ophiopogon, licorice and otherdrugs, mainly used for Yang deficiency of heart and kidney, deficiency of heartYang, Qi and yin deficiency syndrome, spleen yang deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm retention syndrome, hyperactivity of fire due to Yin deficiency.2.Shenxianshengmai group, TCM symptoms,14cases markedly effective, effective14cases, invalid4cases, the total effective rate was87.5%. Improve the heartrate, effective in15cases, effective16cases, invalid1cases, the totaleffective rate of treatment group is96.88%. Tongmaiyangxin pills group, TCMsymptoms,5cases markedly effective, effective12cases, invalid14cases, thetotal effective rate was54.84%. Improve the heart rate, markedly effective in10cases, effective in12cases and9cases were ineffective, the total effectiverate was70.97%. In the aspect of increasing the heart rate and TCM symptoms,Shenxianshengmai group superior to Tongmaiyangxin group, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), no obvious adverse reactions in patientswith cases.Conclusion:1.Shenxianshengmai oral liquid and Tongmaiyangxin pill in the treatment of slowarrhythmia have better curative effect and higher security. Shenxianshengmaiis better than that of Tongmaiyangxin oral liquid effect of Tongmaiyangxin pills, has certain clinical value.2. Data mining results and clinical observation results have consistency, datamining technology can guide clinical practice in a certain extent.3.The hearts and kidneys is supplementing qi and nourishing Yin in the treatmentof slow arrhythmia may be more effective.
