Effect Of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid On Pacemaker 's Life And Safety Of Pacing Patients

Purpose:To explore oral arguments fairy litres of oral liquid of arteries and veins in patients with artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation of permanent pacemaker longevity and the impact of job security.Provide certain reference for clinic.Method:(Will average 80 permanently implanted artificial cardiac pacemaker patients divided into two groups, the treatment group, 40 patients were given a Shenxian shengmai oral liquid of arteries and veins(20ml), two secondary oral treatment, control group 40 cases with no medication, observing two groups of patients the preparation before and 4 weeks after atrial pacing- ventricular perception(AP- v) and atrial pacing- ventricular pacing(AP-VP) the percentage of the time, and calculate the cumulative percentage of atrial pacing(Cum AP%),observe two groups of patients with atrial pacing percentage change after treatment.(In treatment group as the research source, with pacemaker program-controlled analyzer,respectively, in the preparation before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks to determine the pacemaker atrial and ventricular pacing threshold and atrial P waves, ventricular R wave amplitude. Atrial and ventricular pacing threshold before and after medication and P wave, R wave amplitude changes.Results:1.40 patients in treatment group patients medication before atrial pacing- ventricular perception for:52.4±4.2%,Atrial pacing- ventricular pacing for: 23.5±3.9%,Atrial pacing percentage:75.9±6.3%.2. 40 patients in treatment group after 4 weeks of atrial pacing- ventricular perception for:22.8±2.6%,Atrial pacing-ventricular pacing for:12.2±2.8%,Atrial pacing percentage:35.0±3.6%.3.40 cases of control group 0 weeks in patients with atrial pacemaker- ventricular perception for:52.9±4.3%,Atrial pacing- ventricular pacing for: 25.8±3.0%,Atrial pacing percentage:78.7±5.9%.4.40 patients in control group 4 weeks atrial pacing- ventricular perception for:54.2±5.0%,Atrial pacing- ventricular pacing for:24.9±3.8%,Atrial pacing percentage:79.1±6.4%.5.40 cases of 0 week TCM symptom scores as the observation group patients10.7±2.0,After4 weeks of TCM symptom scores4.4±2.3.6.40 cases of 0 week TCM symptom scores as the control group patients11.3±2.3,After 4weeks of TCM symptom scores10.5±2.0.7.40 patients in treatment group sets the pacemaker pulse width to 0.3 ms, the preparation before and after 4 weeks of atrial pacing threshold is respectively:0.37±0.15v、0.37±0.13v。8.40 patients in treatment group sets the pacemaker pulse width to 0.3 ms, the preparation before and after 4 weeks of ventricular pacing threshold is respectively:0.37±0.11v、0.36±0.10v。9.40 patients in treatment group sets the pacemaker pulse width to 0.3 ms, the preparation before and after 4 weeks of P wave amplitude is respectively:2.43±1.37mv、2.14±1.32mv。10.40 patients in treatment group sets the pacemaker pulse width to 0.3 ms, the preparation before and after 4 weeks of R wave amplitude is respectively:5.22±1.21mv、5.58±1.27mv。Conclusion:1.Shenxian shengmai oral liquid can reduce permanently implanted artificial cardiac pacemaker tardy arrhythmia patients with pacemaker atrial pacing frequency(the total number of pacemaker),reduce cardiac pacemaker energy consumption,so as to extend the life of the patients with cardiac pacemaker.2. Shenxian shengmai oral liquid of arteries and veins pacemaker and perception of pacemaker function did not produce significant effect.To permanently implanted artificial cardiac pacemaker tardy arrhythmia patients using Shenxian shengmai oral liquid of arteries and veins is safe.
