Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery suture fixation technique in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament laceration accompanied with tibial attachment avulsion fracture by collecting clinical data of patients with posterior cruciate ligament laceration accompanied with tibial attachment avulsion fracture underwent reduction and longitudinal suture fixation under Arthroscopic monitoringmethod:Select 19 cases of avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament underwent arthroscopic treatment during 2014 March to 2015 July in Orthopaedic Hospital of Shenyang. 6 months after the operation to evaluate knee activity and stability with IKDC, scoring based on knee Lysholm score and IKDC knee function subjective evaluation table, by comparing preoperative and postoperative evaluation, determine the arthroscopic suture fixation of posterior cruciate ligament laceration accompanied with tibial attachment avulsion fracture according to the analysis depended on data statistics method.Results:1.all patients were followed up for 6 months; 2. no fracture displacement after fixation, fracture healed well; 3. 6 months after surgery, 1 cases of female patients suffered I degree of positive posterior drawer test, the remaining patients were posterior drawer test negative; 4. All patients with normal knee extensor activity, knee flexion(132 ± 3.30) ° 6 months after operation, the difference is statistically significant compared with the preoperative; 5.after 6 months of follow-up, the Lysholm knee function score was(93.37± 2.19), IKDC score(91.95 points, 3.57) compared with the preoperative, differences between the two scores were statistically significant; Conclusion:reduction and longitudinal high strength suture fixation under Arthroscopic monitoring has satisfactory results in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament laceration accompanied with tibial attachment avulsion fracture. With firmly fixation and early functional exercise, it is a simple and convenient method that can effectively restore the function of knee joint.
