Objective:To study the biomechanics of tibial avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament fixed by suture combined with external screw and double-row Bridge Methods:Porcine knee joints(12 cases)were taken as experimental samPles.Referring to the Meyers classification,According to the random number table method, the Patients were divided into 2 grouPs,According to the random number table method, they were divided into grouP A(suture with Footprint),grouP B(Double row bridge anchorage),Each grouP in the MTS Bionix 858 370.02 normal hydraulic servo test system,to detect the Peak load and failure load and yield load, the exPerimental data into the Origin Pro Portable and Excel in the analysis of original data Processing, curve analysis, tested and selected the SPSS17.0 software, comPared with single factor analysis of variance between grouPs,to exPlore the suture combined FootPrint outside anchor nail and nail anchor double-row bridge fixed technology biomechanical ProPerties. Results:All subjects Passed the cyclic test and failed during subsequent loading. In the exPerimental results shown.Peak load:N in grouP A(612.60±121.59)and N in grouP B(580.19±119.79),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Failure load:N in grouP A(258.86±90.42)and N in grouP B(158.47 ± 67.71),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Yield load;GrouP A(603.41±117.14)N,grouP B(573.57±113.24)N.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suture combined with external row anchor fixation and double row bridge fixation have good biomechanical ProPerties in the treatment of avulsion fracture of the tibial stoP of anterior cruciate ligament, both of which can meet the standard of fracture fixation, and there is no statistically significant difference in biomechanics between the methods.
