Objective: To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic single-tibial tunnel pushlock fixation in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)avulsion fracture. Methods: From December 2015 to January 2018,15 cases of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)avulsion fractures of the tibial were treated with arthroscopic single-tibial tunnel pushlock fixation. All of them were fresh fractures,9 males, female 6 cases. The age ranged from 14 to 64 years, with an average of 33.6 ± 25.21 years. Results: The operation time was 40-70 minutes, with an average of 53 minutes. All 15 patients with posterior ligament ligament avulsion fractures were successfully followed up for 10-18 months, with an average of 12.2 months.Good healing, negative posterior drawer test,no fractures,no augmentation, axillary, neurovascular, knee extension and other complications.knee flexion before surgery was 50°-90°,average 77°,(77°±13.06°),6 months after surgery flexion activity was 110-130°,with an average of 123°(123°±6.49°)(P=0.001).Before and after surgery,The lysholm scores at 1?3 and 6 months after surgery were 46.80 ± 8.922,59.87 ± 4.138,85.53 ± 4.274,and 91.80 ± 3.489,respectively(P < 0.01).Before and after surgery, the IKDC scores at 37,00 ± 8.922,56.53 ± 5.792,91.53 ± 2.232,and 95.53 ± 1.642(P < 0.01),respectively.Statistically significant. Conclusion: Patients with a posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)fracture of the tibial can be treated with arthroscopic single-tibial tunnel pushlock fixation. The operation time is short, the injury is small, the fixation is reliable, the operation is simple, and the postoperative X-ray is not developed. The stability of the joint is significantly improved without secondary surgery.
