At the same time, the development situation of health human resources in Xicheng District in 2020 was predicted by choosing appropriate health human resource prediction model.Research shows that the development of health human resources is good in Xicheng District in the past five years, has reached the expected of "Xicheng District health development in 12th Five-Year planning", main indicators ranked the forefront of the city.But there is still a poor distribution of health technical personnel,the development of health professionals in traditional Chinese medicine is not stable enough, the brain drain of community health service institutions is serious, short of health human resources in some public health institutions.The forecast results show that the main health technical personnel in Xicheng District in 2020 can meet the national policy requirements, but some categories of health technicians due to the methods and other reasons are not accurate enough, it is necessary to further study. |
