| The rural health staff is the key to construct and develop of the rural health and the harmonious society. In order to know the current situation of the rural health, in this study we through the questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative research methods, more in-depth, comprehensive to understand the current situation and problems of the township hospitals'staff in Fuzhou city who working in rural areas and main responsible for county people's health: poorly equipment in hospitals, few medical practitioners, lower-level qualifications, the small number of high title, professional structure is irrational, and not enough implementation of continue education and low income levels. In building aspect of the health staff, it is stress that the government should play a leading role to strengthen the government's macroeconomic control and policy guidance to change the current status of rural health staff, and that is essential. We think if we want to strengthen the construction of township hospitals'staff, first of all, we should rely on the government's efforts to strengthen the macro-control and policy guidance, stability and expansion of technical staff of township hospitals; in charge of the department should be strengthen guidance and management to promote the training of township hospitals' staff; and implements related policy about retirement and security system to relive hospital staff 's worry; to play the role of medical institutions to create features mayor which suitable for rural areas; to strengthen the role of three-level township hospitals; focus on strengthening the role of county-level medical institutions, to train hospital staff systematic; and we can not ignore township hospitals its own "create-blood " function. This study will help us to find an effective way to construct and develop rural health intuition staff in our province even in our country, and we expect to give it to health policy-makers for reference. |
