In this paper, the research and development of the solid dehydration in recent years, the research and treatment of hemorrhoids disease and the correlation between hemorrhoids and constipation are mainly discussed from different angles of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. From the aspect of Chinese medicine, the theoretic foundationofsolid dehydration, its practical application, solid dehydrationtechnology and its research progress arediscussed in this paper. While western medicine mainly talks about the concept of hemorrhoids, pathogenesis, the research of pathology and its treatment all these aspects. Andthe relativity of hemorrhoids and constipation are also discussed in this paper. On the basis of this, the theoretical basis and empirical application of Professor Zhao Baoming’s treatment of the deficiency of the spleen qi deficiency type of prolapse and hemorrhoids with constipation are drawn out. Hemorrhoids and constipation often come on at the same time and influence each other, which worsens the patients’condition,and bring great pain to patients. With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, and with the rich material life, instead, people’s life isn’t always regular. Overeating, hunger and fatigue allhurt spleen and stomach, leading to the weakness of spleen and stomach, insufficiency of transport function, deficiency of generating Qi and blood, which therefore promotes the weakness and cause constipation. Qi deficiency and solid perturbationcan cause organs to prolapse. This disease characteristic gradually become the common disease type, in which the pathogenesis is complicated, and the disease affects each other. Therefore, the dialectical formula of chinese medicine is a better choice.Objectives:To observe the clinical effect ofYiqi gutuo Decoctionin the treatment of spleen deficiency and constipation hemorrhoids, and to preliminarily study prescription mechanism. Through the contrast observation of Yiqi gutuo Decoctionand Buzhong Yiqi Pills for efficacy in the treatment of spleen deficiency type prolapse hemorrhoids withconstipation, the author objectively evaluates the clinical effectsofYiqi gutuo Decoction, improvement rate of clinical symptoms and its safety, so as to clarify the practicality and popularization of Yiqi gutuo Decoction theory. And the relativity of spleen deficiency type of prolapsed hemorrhoids and constipation and the main points of treatment are illustrated in accordingly. Methods:96 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was 48, and the control group was 48. The treatment group (48 cases) were given oral treatment of Yiqi gutuo Decoction according to Professor Zhao Baoming experience. The formula is as follows:Sun-burnt Astragalus 40g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 20g, Poria 30g, angelica 20g, semen 30g, dried tangerine peel 15g, pinellia tuber 6g, Costus root 15g, bitter orange 6g, Rhizoma Coptidis 5g, garden burnet 15g, licorice 1 Og. The control group of 48 patients were treated with oral Buzhong Yiqi Pills produced by Tongrentang Pharmaceutical Industry. Both groups are based on 2 weeks for 1 course of treatment, and after 1 course,we observed the clinical efficacy, and the improvement of the observation index.Results:The clinical research results were dealt after statistics.The main clinical symptomsof spleen deficiency type prolapse hemorrhoids with constipation in boththe treatment group and the control group wereimproved. The improvement of symptoms in the treatment group has significant difference (P< 0.05),compared with that before treatment. The difference is statistically significant, indicating that clinical symptoms curative effect of the treatment group is remarkableto improve the spleen deficiency type of prolapsed hemorrhoids and Qi deficiency. Compared with the situation before the treatment, hemorrhoids prolapse, anal fall swelling, blood in the stool, defecation time and defecation frequency, tongue, pulse, fatigue, and anorexia were all improved. The results show significant difference (P< 0.05).The difference is statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of the control group is distinct in these aspects of prolapse of hemorrhoids, anal fall swelling, blood in the stool, defecation time and defecation frequency, tongue, pulse, fatigue, poor appetite. But by comparing the integral of striving to defecate (defecationdifficulty, defecation charterers), and abdominal distension with that before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), indicating that the improvement of striving to defecate, abdominal distension symptom of control group is not obvious. By respectively comparing the symptom integral between two groups after treatment, it was found thatthe treatment group and the control group in improving hemorrhoids prolapse, anal bulge, strive to defecating, integral of tongue coating have differences. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Through comparing detailed numericalscores, the integral of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. There wasno significant difference in improving defecation frequency, time of defecation, hematochezia, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension, pulse (P>0.05). By comprehensive analysis, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, and the control group was 75%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying Qi and solid off can be effective in treating spleen qi deficiency type prolapse hemorrhoids with constipation.The clinical curative effect is remarkable, which is worth promoting. Through the clinical observation of the use of solidoff in treating the spleen deficiency type prolapse hemorrhoids with constipation,it was found that the spleen deficiency type of prolapsed hemorrhoids and constipation influence each other, and has certain correlation. When it was treated by solid off and purge, at the same time to improve the symptoms of naevus and constipation, so as to improve the effective rate of treatment.
