A Study On The Data Mining Of The Theory Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Spleen "Central Soil To Irrigation

Purpose:Based on the theory of "the spleen locating in the middle and irrigating the other four viscera", building five databases of five characteristic diseases (dizziness, palpitation, cough, stomachache and dysmenorrhea) of national famous Chinese doctor Wei Zhongmin, data mining the formulas, analyzing and comparing the data evidence of five diseases corresponding to five viscera and the therapies of the spleen-centered. Material and Method:1. Database source:Collected medical records of dizziness, palpitation, cough, stomachache and dysmenorrhea, each disease of 100 cases randomly,500 totally,form national famous Chinese professor Wei Zhongmin studio.2. On the Windows 7 operating system platform, using excel, typing in the herbs in formulas to build the databases of dizziness, palpitation, cough, stomachache and dysmenorrhea, then exporting data, using the method of association rules Apriori and complex system entropy clustering in statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 and Clementine 12.0 to mining of the database, in order to find out the evidence of the five disease all paying attention to spleen.. Result:The random cases of 500, including dizziness, palpitation, cough, stomachache and dysmenorrhea, of each 100.1. Frequency analysis:dizziness, the larger frequencies are gastrodia elata (70), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (64), chrysanthemum (58), tuckahoe (48), uncaria (35), puerarin (32), radix achyranthis bidentatae (32), angelica (31), antelope horn powder (31), radix paeoniae alba (30), Codonopsis pilosula (29), astragalus codonopsis pilosula (28).Palpitation, the larger frequencies are liquorice (76), tuckahoe (70), dwarf lilyturf (64), atractylodes (63), keel (53), oysters (51), fructus schisandrae (51), radix pseudostellariae (51) and platycladi seed (44), cassia twig (43), codonopsis (40). Cough, the larger frequencies are loquat leaf (72), atractylodes (58), liquorice (58), poria cocos (50), fructus arctii (50), pinellia (48), almonds (48), radix stemonae, (40), asters (40), herba schizonepetae (36), chrysanthemum (36), h. cordata (34), phragmites communis (34). Stomachache, the larger frequencies are atractylodes (81), Tuckahoe (76), liquorice (75), the codonopsis pilosula (73), pinellia (48), ginger (43), astragalus membranaceus (40), dried orange peel (39), magnolia officinalis (38), fried malt (38), rhizoma coptidis (36), fried rice sprout (35), zhejiang fritillary (30), combination (29), radix bupleuri (28).Dysmenorrhea, the larger frequencies are angelica (89) and rhizoma chuanxiong (74), Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (67), atractylodes (63), radix paeoniae alba (59), astragalus membranaceus (55), perfume (53), gelatin (45), codonopsis pilosula (42), evodia rutaecarpa (42), poria cocos (38), fried small Hui (34), Schisandra chinensis (33), corydalis yanhusuo (32), cattail pollen (31).2. Clustering analysis:Dizziness, two, three, four flavor combinations, top for frequencies are gastrodia elata, chrysanthemum, atractylodes, tuckahoe, uncaria, antelope powder, etc. Palpitation, two, three, four combinations, top for frequencies are keel, raw oysters, evodia rutaecarpa, licorice, jujube, pseudostellaria root, radix puerariae, cortex albiziae and tuber fleeceflower stem, fructus and scallions, pinellia, scallions and allium macrostemon. Correlation analysis:Dizziness, when the ingredients frequency is 20, involving 14 drugs of rhizoma alismatis, radix achyranthis bidentatae, rhizoma ligustici wallichii, gastrodia elata, pinellia, codonopsis, radix paeoniae alba, radix paeoniae alba, astragalus membranaceus, antelope horn powder, poria cocos, chrysanthemum, pueraria lobata, uncaria, while ingredients frequency up to 40, only remaining 4 drugs of poria cocos, atractylodes, chrysanthemum, gastrodia elata, etc. Palpitation, when the frequency is 20, involving 16 drugs as cassia twig, platycladi seed, angelica, pseudostellaria root, pinellia, dangshen, fructus schisandrae, radix glycyrrhizae, oysters, atractylodes, poria cocos, radix puerariae, polygala, dried orange peel, dwarf lilyturf and huangqi herbs, while ingredients frequency up to 40, only cassia twig, licorice, oysters, atractylodes, poria cocos, dwarf lilyturf, fructus schisandrae and radix pseudostellariae 8 herbs left. Cough, when the frequency is 20, involving 19 drugs as loquat leaf, pinellia, dangshen, astragalus root, dwarf lilyturf, cordate houttuynia, dried tangerine or orange peel, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, poria cocos, Sue, reed root, aster, radix stemonae, atractylodes, radix glycyrrhizae, fructus arctii, straight ladybell and platycodon grandiflorum, while the frequency increased to 40, only 6 drugs of the loquat leaf, pinellia, fructus arctii, licorice root, tuckahoe and atractylodes left. Stomachache, when the frequency is 20, involving 20 drugs as fried malt, zhejiang fritillary, cassia twig, sweet, big jujube, evodia rutaecarpa, pinellia, codonopsis, rhizoma coptidis, chicken’s gizzard-membrane, incense, dried tangerine or orange peel, poria cocos, rhizoma atractylodis, amomum fruit, white cardamom, radix paeoniae alba and ginger, when the frequency to 40, only dangshen, atractylodes, tuckahoe, licorice four herbs, which compose the sijunzi decoction. Dysmenorrhea, when the frequency is 20, involving drugs as rhizome of rehmannia, fried small Hui, peach kernel, radix bupleuri, radix angelicae sinensis, chuan, evodia rutaecarpa, pinellia, dangshen, while ingredients frequency to 40, angelica, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, radix paeoniae alba, dangshen, astragalus membranaceus, sweet echo gelatin seven herbs left, etc.Conclusion:1. the conclusion of theory "the spleen locating in the middle and irrigating the other four viscera"Soil has the ability of cultivating everything, while spleen rearing viscera, so taking spleen responding to soil, due to the similar symptom. According to the data mining, it is can be draw, all disease must be cured from spleen syndrome, dizziness is cured by Lingjiaogouteng decotion, Tianmagouteng decotion and Zexie decotion; palpitation is cured by Lingguizhugan decotion, Shengmai decotion, Suanzaoren deecotion, Chaihujialonggumuli decotion and so on; cough can be cured by Sangju decotion,Yinqiaosan decotion in the superficial syndromes, Maxingganshi decotion, Bufeiejiao decotion in the inner syndromes; stomachache can be cured by Sijunzi decotion, Zuojin decotion and Huangqijianzhong decotion; dysmenorrhea can be cured by Siwu decotion, using the peach kernel, safflower to invigorate the blood circulation or cassia twig, evodia rutaecarpa warm the channels or with gelatin to make up blood.Based on the theory of "the spleen locating in the middle and irrigating the other four viscera", building five databases of five characteristic diseases (dizziness, palpitation, cough, stomachache and dysmenorrhea) of national famous Chinese doctor Wei Zhongmin, data mining the formulas, analyzing and comparing the data evidence of five diseases corresponding to five viscera and the therapies of the spleen-centered, this project is hoping to do some help to fellow and clinic.
