Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Liu Wansu's Spleen And Stomach Disease Prescription

Objective: Based on data mining to explore Liu Wansu medication features and regularity of spleen and stomach disease treatment.Methods: Taking Liu Wansu Medical Encyclopedia as the data source,153 prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the prescriptions.A database was established using the TCM Inheritance Assist Platform(V2.5)to analyze the drug frequency.The drug efficacy classification was recorded in the Excel table of the drug frequency derived,and the drug frequency of each efficacy classification was counted.Based on the statistics of four qi and five flavors,the drug association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis,the drug prescription rule of Liu Wansu was discussed.Results: A total of 153 prescriptions were screened,and 167 Chinese herbs were used.High frequency drugs for licorice,Atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,rhubarb,wood incense,dried ginger,pinellia tuber,cinnamon,petunia,magnolia officinalis,coptis,tangerine peel,angelica,areca nut,white peony.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the taste is mainly bitter,acrid and sweet.The majority of drugs are returned to the spleen,stomach,lung and large intestine.The drug effect is mainly to replenish deficiency,followed by purging,warming,clearing heat and regulating qi.According to the analysis of drug combinations,18high-frequency drug groups with Atractylodes atractylodes as the center were obtained.The combination with the highest frequency was "Atractylodes atractylodes and Poria cocos",11 association rules were obtained,and the combination with the highest confidence was "Alisma alisma and Poria cocos".Ten core combinations were extracted by entropy clustering analysis,and were aggregated into five groups of new formulas.Conclusion: Liu Wansu treated spleen and stomach diseases by taking dryness as diarrhea and moistening dryness as supplement.According to the pathogenesis,he advocated the use of pain-cold drugs,but the drugs did not take cold and cold.According to the situation of the deficiency of Yin water and Yang fire in the stomach and the deficiency of Yang fire and Yin water in the stomach,different treatments of warm tonic and cold diarrhea were given.The characteristics of its treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are the combination of cold and temperature,the exudation of bitter dryness,and pushing the old to bring about the new.
