Clinical Observation On Prevention And Treatment Of Acute Radiation Dermatitis By Modified

This paper includes two parts of literature review and clinical research.Literature review is divided into two parts, from two aspects of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine the acute radioactive dermatitis in detail in this paper, the mechanism, clinical manifestation, evaluation method and the traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods. Acute radioactive dermatitis is one of common complications in the process of malignant tumor radiotherapy, prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis were outside the Chinese and western medicine cure is given priority to, and has obtained the certain effect.Clinical research, observation and summarizes jiawei-simiaoyongan oil for external use curative effect in treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis.[Objective] to observe jiawei-simiaoyongan oil to prevent and control the clinical effect of acute radioactive dermatitis.[Methods] this topic according to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy, were randomly divided into observation group (jiawei-simiaoyongan oil combined conventional nursing),30 cases in control group (triethanolamine cream in combination with conventional nursing), after two groups of patients by the group began to watch until the end of radiotherapy after 1 week,30 cases assessment twice a week, observe and record the extent of the dermatitis occurs (for the most serious degree degree) and radiation dermatitis, after 1 week after radiotherapy and radiotherapy RISRAS rating of 1 week after the end of the KPS score before and after the test, and data statistical analysis.[Results] 1. The observation group and control group in the degree of acute radioactive dermatitis similar has no statistical difference (P> 0.05), but the observation group cases happened I level and lower degree of dermatitis patients than in the control group; RISRAS rating of observation group and control group after radiotherapy and radiotherapy after 1 week RISRAS score was not statistically difference (P> 0.05), the observation group scored lower than the control group; 2. The observation group in 1 weeks after completion of radiotherapy jiawei-simiaoyongan oil on acute radioactive dermatitis cure rate was 35.71% , total effective rate was 100%, the control group in 1 weeks after completion of radiotherapy triethanolamine cream on acute radioactive dermatitis cure rate was 25.93%, total effective rate was 100%, no significant differences in statistics between two groups (P>0.05).[Conclusion] jiawei-simiaoyongan oil in terms of the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis as triethanolamine cream, and jiawei-simiaoyongan oil is safe.
