A Study On The Key Factors Affecting Non - Medical Technology Service

Objective:In huhhot municipal district primary, secondary and tertiary total ten general hospitals as an example. Ranking the influence factors of the non-medical technology service. To find out the key influencing factors. To present the suggestions and ideas for improving the non-medical technology services. In order to improve the medical service quality and reduce medical disputes to provide decision support.Methods:Through literature research, searching hownet (CNKI), ten thousand medical database (Wanfang), d PuZhongWen sci-tech journal database (VIP), Springer, PubMed. With "medical service", "non-medical", "non-medical technology service" as keywords. To retrieve relevant literature published for nearly 10 years. To extract factors about influence factors of the non-medical technology services. By the method of expert interview to conduct interviews focus on ten relevant experts in the field. Then screening and removing the influence factors which were extracted to develop the questionnaire. Doctors and patients which were from ten comprehensive hospitals in Inner Mongolia Hohhot were surveyed through questionnaire. Frequency analysis and grey relational analysis method were used for data statistics and analysis to refine the key influencing factors of non-medical technology service.Results:To combine literature research and expert consultation, a total of 33 non-medical technology service factors affecting were selected. Respectively using frequency analysis and grey correlation analysis of two kinds of methods from the perspective of doctors and patients respectively analysis of factors affecting and the factors were ranked. The result:in these factors, doctors and patients both thought that the top of the important influencing factors are: (1) The doctor’s work career ambition; (2) The doctor service consciousness; (3) The doctor loves the labor of duty; doctors caring patients; (4) The doctor attaches great importance to communicate with patients. (5) Doctors abide by the laws and work system; (6) the doctor the strict diagnosis standard and medication guide; (7) Doctors in professional activities, human dignity and personal safety shall be inviolable. While doctors thought the top and important influencing factors are:(1) The doctor enhance medical responsibility consciousness; (2) The doctor has good service attitude. Patients thought the top and important influencing factors are: (1) The doctor to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients. (2) Doctors do not alter or destroy medical documents and information.Conclusion:(1) Research by the non-medical technical service factors will affect the medical service. (2) After statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative, the influence degree of influence factors were different. The top of the influence factors of medical technology services must be the priority influence among medical service. (3) After the concept and reason analysis for the study of the important influence factors, relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward by us, it will be conducive to improve the whole medical service and reduce medical disputes.
