| Background:Overactive bladder (OAB) is a common clinical disease,the patient’s physical and mental health and quality of life has been brought a great deal of distress. OAB diagnostic criteria have be changed for several changes since the first time it’s named. Western medicine about OAB etiology and pathogenesis is not yet clear, the main clinical treatment includes behavior therapy, drug therapy, neuromodulation, surgery and other treatment. Current clinical treatment mainly includes behavioral therapy and drug therapy. Due to various limitations and side effects of treatment, patients lack of the compliance.In traditional Chinese Midicine OAB attributable to "pour disease, left drowning, urine can not help, anuresis and less urinate " and other areas. At present, there are acupuncture and drug therapy based on the main clinical treatment. But the lack of definition and diagnosis system specifications for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical inconvenience. And the standard is not unified, so that make research lack of comparative research and reliability. Acupuncture treatment of OAB has made some progress in the current study, statistical analysis showed that acupuncture treatment of OAB is safe.Objective:(1) In the previous study to further clarify the acupuncture points deep puncture bilateral Zhongliao(BL33), Huiyang(BL33) point in the treatment of OAB efficacy and safety.(2) by comparison with the control group, the effectiveness of acupuncture deep puncture treatment is clear, excluding the placebo effect.Methods:From the five centers such as Beijing Hospital, were included 37 cases observed in patients, the treatment group (i.e. Electric Acupuncture deep needling group) include 14 cases; the control group (i.e., comfort Electric Acupuncture group) 15 cases;the medicine grope 8 cases, three groups of intermittent therapy a total of 8 weeks of treatment, pre-treatment, after the treatment of the first four weeks and 8th weeks’average daily frequency of urination, the number of urinary urgency, frequency and incontinence, nocturia were statistically analyzed.Results:Electric Acupuncture bilateral zhongliao(BL33) and huiyang(BL33) deep puncture will have a significant effect, can significantly improve symptoms in patients with OAB. Statistical results indicate that Electric Acupuncture deep puncture in the treatment of OAB is generally effective, can show the efficacy of four weeks, eight weeks when the effect is significant. Various parameters were not statistically significant in the control group before and after treatment.parameters were statistically significant in the medicine group before and after treatment.Electric Acupuncture describes the treatment of OAB deep puncture have a significant effect, and excludes the placebo effect. Conclusion:Electric Acupuncture bilateral zhongliao(BL33) and huiyang(BL33) deep puncture hole, points to treat OAB will have a significant effect, patients can significantly reduce the average daily frequency of urination, urine leakage times daily and average daily number of nocturia, and no adverse effects were found in the treatment of Electric Acupuncture deep stab zhongliao(BL33) and huiyang(BL33) points.acupoints simple, it is worth popularization in clinical practice. The number of cases in this study was the small, short course of treatment,no compared to positive drug for overactive bladder questionnaire (OAB-q) and other statistical analysis.so it still need large sample of long-term follow-up treatment to analyze. |
