Objective:Study on patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty in peri operation period taking Bazhen Decoction on postoperative blood loss effects to observe and evaluate its clinical effect and security objectively.Methods:Thirty patients were treated with unilateral total knee arthroplasty firstly because of knee osteoarthritis from March 2015 to December 2015 in Wangjing Hospital were divided into two groups named blank group and bazhentang group randomly,15 patients in each group.Two groups of patients received the same preoperative routine examination and preoperative directions,the operations are finished by the same surgeon.Blank group:patients were given routine anti-infection,anticoagulation,prevention of thrombosis and other basic treatment after the operation.Bazhentang group:patients received the same routine anti-infection,anticoagulation,prevention of thrombosis and other basic treatment as blank group had,then begin to have Bazhen Decoction(Shudi 15g,Baishao 15g,Danggui 15g,Chuanxiong 15g,Dangshen 15g,Baizhu 15g,Fuling 15g,Gancao 10g,Dazao 10g,water washing,2 times a day,7days) 6 hours after surgery.Statistics total amount of drainage after operation, observe and record red-cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit,platelet count and four blood coagulation of patients in 1 day before the surgery,3days after surgery,7 days after surgery.Using SPSS22.0 statisticial software for statisticial analysis of the data.Results:1.Red-cell count:1 day before surgery,bazhentang group was (4.38±0.38)*1012/L,blank group was (4.26±0.32)*1012/L,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (3.61±0.48)*1012/L,blank group was (3.49±0.49)*1012/L,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (3.72±0.21)*1012/L,blank group was (3.49±0.51)*1012/L,two groups did have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Hemoglobin:1 day before surgery,bazhentang group was (130.66±8.26)g/L,blank group was (129.48±11.93)g/L,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (107.33±12.90)g/L,blank group was (105.66±12.85)g/L,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (108.66±12.06)g/L,blank group was (102.06±5.93)g/L,two groups did have statistical significance(P<0.05).3. International normalized ratio:1 day before surgery,bazhentang group was 0.91±0.06,blank group was 0.94±0.09,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,bazhentang group was 1.04±0.06,blank group was 1.07±0.08,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,bazhentang group was 1.13±0.07,blank group was 1.10±0.14,two groups did have statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Prothrombin time activity:1 day before surgery,bazhentang group was (102.24±10.73)%,blank group was (98.55±11.58)%,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (88.4±5.7)%,blank group was (83.92±9.25)%,two groups did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,bazhentang group was (76.97±8.07)%,blank group was (82.68±13.11)%,two groups did have statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Total amount of drainage:bazhentang group was (76.66±54.69)ml,blank group was (177.66±108.8)ml,bazhentang group was less than blank group,it did havestatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Bazhen decoction in perioperation period of total knee arthroplasty can increase the red-cell count and hemoglobin,can effectively reduce the amount of drainage.
