This system has been an indispensable component of the whole mobile communication by its important action of ensuring communication,making devices better operation and depletion of numbers and plus benefit.The article analyzes the requirement of the system in design from hardware requirement and software requirement. To intelligence device that has communication interface and protocol, it is to be convert protocol and provide interface. But others need to be convert to voltage by sensor for collecting data. So the data collecting system plays a very important role as a necessary bridge of communicating analog area and digit area. This article is mainly talk about the data collecting system. Usually a multi-input system is analog input and digit input responsively. for all kind of object, the I/O interface is to hope a integral interface and transform current to voltage,so it is. By compared and demonstrated, th method of multi-channel ADC replacing channel switches and common ADC is used, whose conversion vector of 12 bit and serial output ensures the precious data collect, simply the interface with microprocedure. The hardware is microcontroller as its key point and it also includes the data collect module, communication module, man-machine interface, control output module and failure supervision. CPLD chip is used as the man-machine interface and I/O expandling to carry out the functions accomplished by several chips, which reduces the cost and volume efficiently and improve the performance. PSD813F chip as peripheral device is applied and replaced the chips of chip selection, address latch, memory etc.. The function of IAP updates the system expediently. RS-485 chip is applied to communicate with PC. The isolation chip in hardware and the check code in software both ensure transmission accurately and reliably. For the rich PCM resource of mobile communication, the PCM system is applied in the transmission. The design of software is mainly written by assemble language and VC. The principle is implementing the functions by short sentences as possible. It includes MCU program, data collect program, communication program and peripheral device configure and CPLD design. It also finishes multiply process communication, defines the communication protocol frame.As the software is the key part in fulfill the function of hardware, the article designs carefully and issures as functional module.
