| Enterprise's development depends on network, network platform has become portals, a methods of improving enterprise competition. Its function shows as: (1)a channel of issuing enterprise information;(2)acquiring user information and exchanging information;(3)a channel of applying good service in time;(4)spreading product information on low price, expanding market, raising sale capability, enlarging enterprise professional channel; (5)propaganda enterprise image, enlarge enterprise influence; (6)a channel of inter staff exchange, improving understand each other; (7)applying information personal function for customer and inter staff. This paper builds Great Dragon Company WEB station based on Internet technology, with five functions of enterprise introduction, produce shows, news, advertise to qualified people, customer service. The visitor could browse all kinds of information from front platform; the manager could manage the information from back platform. WAP is a uniform opening agreement standard, which applies Internet content and advanced increment service, and is simplex Internet agreement. It combines Internet with mobile telephone technology, and turns visiting rich Internet sources at every time and everywhere into reality. WAP network is made from three parts: WAP gateway, WAP handset and WAP content server, three parts is necessary. WAP gateway has "translate agreement"function, WAP content sever save a lot of information that could make customer easy to visit, query and browse. After the customer inputs WAP content server URL to WAP handset, through wireless network the signal is sent requirement to WAP gateway according WAP agreement model, and is translated to exchange with WAP content server according HTTP agreement model, at last WAP gate compress returned contents and turn to BINARY flows, send it to customer's WAP handset screen. This paper use WAP technology to realize six functions of Company introduction, produce information, customer service, visitors board, forum, chat room. It is easy for customer to inquire the product. Short message has been common method of communication contact, enterprise short message application becomes tide. The enterprise conform office network with all kinds of mobile short message functions, build an enterprise short message platform with strongly function, controlling and managing by oneself. Enterprise short message platform has obviously affection. Short message platform is based on handset, whose interface is WEB page, and applies all kinds of new short message usage for enterprise. A big scale short message production system with rich increment service content can be built based on short message platform. Through this platform mobile customer could get the services of sending short message, ring, picture, order news, programme, game and so on, enterprise user can get group short message service. At same time, this platform is opening and applies interface for third content. This system designs two kinds of short platform communications models, one is connection with mobile gateway through Internet (short for short message gateway model), and other is through Modem model. According China mobile communication information source station body and Internet short message gateway interface agreement, short message gateway includes two kinds of connection model: long connection and short connection. Long connection refers to send a lot of data package continuously in a TCP connection, during TCP keep connection, if no data package has been send, two side must send link check package to keep this connection. The messages adopt intercurrent way to control flow,window size can be adjusted, interim is 16 messages, that is accepter has no more than 16 messages before answer preceding message. Short message refers to: when two sides of communication change datas, a TCP connection can be built, after datas finish sending, and this connection would be cut off, that is each TCP connection only finish a pair of CMPP message sending. The messages adopt intercurrent way to control flows,window size can be adjusted, interim is 16 messages, that is accepter has no more than 16 messages before answer preceding message. This system adopts long connection model, because it fit on data send continuously and a lot of data platform, it can be satisfied with enterprise requirement at the biggest limit. Short message modem model is a copy that is when network have the trouble, user can change network-sending model to modem sending model, it can be sure of short message send successfully. This short message platform has functions of short message sending, receiving, querying functions, communication function is realized in Visual C++ language, this system adopts Sockets technology. It build office platform based on short message gateway and short message modem technology, it can issue information in time, the messages can reach to related people handset, low enterprise inter communication cost, improve work efficiency. This paper is about an integrated enterprise information platform, which realizes double platforms design.
