This dissertation has completely describes the development on "Test, Analysis and Network Management System of the Automotive Fan Performance". To make it integrated and put it into the market, the following system is researched, developed completely, which has been widened and made some achievements. As the system is an important part of production enterprise management, it gathers and assorts the data from manufacturing quality, assembling quality and after-sales quality data from consumer feedback. The system uses a lot of new technology, such as bar code identification, modular changeover, DataSocket data transition, real time data updating and so on, then to make statistic for the general data and analysis to assist the quality control. Further more it can trace the quality problem raised by the customer to each process, which not only ensures service efficiency and quality but also traces the causes and liability of quality, to prevent from reoccurance. 1 The Development Purpose of the System This chapter has completely describes the development purport and trend on "Test, Analysis and Network Management System of the Automotive Fan Performance", this system is a most required computer usage system in the domestic and overseas markets. It has stopping on the stage of single PC check-up, since the data is so singleness that it is difficult to give integrate analysis for production quality, and unable to do traceability of the product quality, that cannot meet the requirement of the increasingly growing automobile industry. However, this system aims at the current situation, utilizes the modern bar code test technology, A/D changeover technology, network data transition technology and real time analysis curve to realize the test, network analysis system of the advance automotive part. The system fills up the blank of this technology. 2 Automatic Identification System of the Product Using bar cord technology automatically identify production number, and take it to be the key words of identifying test data of variable products. That is to read the bar cord of the product by the bar cord gun on the terminal control PC for checking the other test specifications. The working principle is: the workpiece is transferred to NO. 1 work station, the machine of the control computer charges magnetism to it, after this process, the data from the sensor on the machine are read into the charging magnetism control computer, besides the data is stored locally, at same time it is written into designated EXCEL sheets. The program for transform exchanges the dynamic data with EXCEL sheets by DDE technology. When the data in EXCEL sheets changes, the transform program codes and packs the data and send it to the sever real time. 3 Testing System of the Product Performance The voltage, current and magnetic passage of the fan are tested by sensor, the tested data will send to multi-computer processors synchronously to make dynamic monitoring and controlling by A/D changeover. Its work principle is as follow: the machined part is transferred by the conveyor to the second and third stations, when the measured current is up to the measuring value, the operator will scan the bar code with the bar code gun to complete the A/D changeover through I/V diversion, and writeit into the relative position of the product. The measuring precision of the performance is improved. The system utilizes high-resolution 16-bit A/D changeover, which improves the precision of the data. 4 Network Data Transferring System Multi-measuring devices, gages and remote servers are connected to form a local network with DataSocket network technology. The data collected are transferred real time to remote server for management. Its work principle is as follow: the machined part is transferred to the 4th work station by conveyor, the automatic controlling mechanism for the work station will make the integrated test for the part. After testing, the data sent by the sensor on the machine and the bar code of the part is read into the integrated controller automatically. Except that the data is stored locally, meanwhile it is also written into designated notebook file. The file is stored under the route of \test+year(two digits)+month(two digits), jetta machine&+date.text. The sending program of the software of this system will read the data from the file above periodically, and real time coding and packing and sending to the server. After the server receives the data, it will decode and process the data, and then send them to the front desk for display process. 5 The Management System of the Measuring Data This chapter has completely describes the principle and realization process on The Management System of the Measuring Data. The main system of the server measures all the data if they are in the proper range and make the real time curve, print the analysis report. It will also classify and file the initial measuring data and the analysis report for searching. This system is a rigorous poke-yoke system. The quality assurance system takesthe production site as a key subject, the production status is reflected by the dynamic data monitoring and controlling, and it also can forecast the production process and direct the process. The hidden troubles of the quality can be prevented before the product is completely manufactured by making a timely adjustment and corrective action. The on-line test device is a main quality control method for the on-going quality control. The information can be sent to the quality control center by using the data network to make on-line control. 6 Conclutions The article set forth in detail that the process and the principle of the "Performance Test, Analysis and Management System of Automotive Fan ", which is developed specially for the supplier of Volkswagen. This system is of high technology intelligence, high performance, which has been launched in the production in the manufacturer. The local existing such testing system is still at one single machine or manual calculation. This system takes the lead in China now. The intelligence test system is emerged along with the computer technology, modern communication technology and automatic controlling technology as well as some other hi-tech. The demand for such technology will be increased along with the development of the automotive industry. Therefore, the market foreground of such test system is prosperous.
