With the increasing advancement of the science and technology and especially the extensive application of the information technology the fierce competitions on the human among companies let the managers pay more attentions to the training, development and management of the human resources. It is the fast developing networks technology that make the information resources treated, exchanged and shared without the spatio-temporal restriction. The human resources information system as the subsystem of the Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) takes a more and more importance. There are two reasons for the status quo of the human resources information management in the JiLin communication corporation. On the one side of application, the system can not be widely used, improve the work efficiency and increase the benefits. On the other side of development, the final production can not meet the users'requirement because of the duplex misapprehend between the developers and users with the respective major. By the thorough compare and analysis on the network solution and implementation mode of the human resources information system, determined are the centralized management based on the INTRANET and the combined architecture of B/S and C/S (Client/Server). The combined software architecture of B/S and C/S is a typical isomerous architecture. B/S (Browser/Server) architecture is the improvement of the C/S with the rise of Internet, in which the user interface is implemented completely by the web browser. And it is a fire-new software architecture, which realizes many functions in place of the past complicated special software by the use of WWW (World Wide Web) browser and its multiple script languages. So the setup, modification and maintenance of the software based on B/S architecture can be completed on the server. The users need a browser to run all of the program modules and automatically update during running. Besides it provides the opening basis for the online and unite services of the heterogeneity machine, web and application service. But with the compare of the C/S architecture the B/S one has also some shortages. I. The B/S one lack the support for the dynamic web and the effectively treatment of the database. II. Its ability of systemic enlargement is poor and its safety can be hard controlled. III. The echo rates on the query of the application system based on the B/S architecture are much slower than that based on the C/S one. IV. The data submission in the B/S one usually takes a web page and fails in the dynamic interaction, which go against the application of the OLTP (Online transaction processing). Just as the above listing the B/S architecture and the C/S one have merits on different aspects. There are a lot of software based on the C/S one because it is in grain and mature technology. Therefore, the B/S one does not soon take the dominant play in the software development. The B/S and C/S ones will coexist for a long time. Hence, the combined architecture of B/S andC/S has to be used in the software system of the human resources information in JiLin communication corporation. The implementation of the office system of the human resources in detail is mainly introduced, which used the MYSQL, Apache and PHP. Because many employees participate in the frequently transmitting files and wide online intercommunion the B/S architecture is applied. The contacts between the employees and their directors are constructed with facility by the system. And the high governors in the corporation may send the real-time information to the staff, train online, intercommunicate online, transmit the files, report the data, study online, standardize the posts, and so on. The application of the system makes the staff work and cooperate anywhere and anywhen, and expedites the modernization and automatization of the management of the human resources.
