A Requements Management Process Practice Of Use Case-Driven Mis Development

There are many problems when you build the MIS especially the requirements problems. All kinds of requirements problems, such as unclear requirements , conflicted requirements or changing requirements, and so on, origin from the business process. The business process, which is very complex and variable and is important for the development process, makes it difficult to develop an MIS successfully. Thus, it's become a key question for MIS development that how to manage requirements effectively.In order to improve the requirements management process, we give a model for requirements management process in this article. Some knowledge of requirements and requirements management are introduced firstly. Secondly, we describe and divide the life cycle of the requirements management process. Then we give a model for the requirements management process which is mainly used in MIS project of small or middle enterprise and use case is the main requirements modeling language. It gives a global view of the process of requirements management. And then describe the actions and results in detail. At the same time, here are also some standard flows of important activities in process to be referenced. Then, it shows how to applyingthe model in MIS project by describing the sanlian MIS project which used that model. Finally, we make a summary of our work and introduce the advanced work.
